Well the reason I don't go along with the 'extras' concept is that usually it means a girl verbally sells you a dance, with whatever additional sex acts you want.
I don't like it to be that way because the girl has not opened herself up to me. I don't need that, don't need to pay money for that.
Rather I always treat all women as civilians. So if I want to engage with her physically, I'll just do so. I don't need to discuss it with her, or even explain it to her.
Now sure I'll talk to her, but its coming on to her, not negotiating or asking permission.
While this does not always work, often enough it does and the results are mind blowing for both parties.
Of course in a P4P environment she will expect to be paid, and she will be. Its just that the money is merely a show of respect and concern for her well being. It is not used as a way to persuade her to do anything she is not otherwise willing to do.
Now kissing a girl is not the only way to do this, but it is certainly one of the best ways.

Basically, the girls who talk about it directly are pissed, pissed that others do it. Some do it in the booths, and some do it everywhere and all the time, and so other girls are pissed.
But if you find different angles to look from which it is talked about, some talk quite positively. And then some talk about escorting, and they all do it there.
