What would you do if the roles were reversed and you were the stripper and not the customer? What would you do with all the money you made? Would you do extras? What do you think would be your best feature/money seller?

So if the roles were reversed a lot of us would would definitely be doing extras.
I'd start my stage set out nude - and then I'd wait for the customers to pay me to get dressed...
Sadly - I doubt there would be anyone taking me up on my extras! I'd be that stripper they pay to go away.
Would I do extras, almost certainly. I'm under no illusions that remarkably attractive, but again I'd like to think if my job revolved around my looks I'd have the discipline to be in better shape. Given that, I think I'd be able to be bit selective. I'd have zero problem sleeping with women for money, but physically I don't think my dick would work for some of the women who I could picture paying for dick. So, I guess even if I wasn't able to I might have to be. I've never used anything to help in that department though, so maybe I'd just have to build viagra into my stripping expenses.
My best feature? Nothing. It's more of an absence of problem areas. I guess that makes me a boy next door type; Ulgy old rich broads like that, right? Its probably best the roles aren't reversed, for both sides.

Yes. The thinking is the same, I meet a hot young unobtainable thing I never saw before that I want, so I ignore OTC civie dating rules and go for it. I'd quit because I probably couldn't deal with women saying rude things to me. I'd be fired because I would refuse to dance for a lot of customers or would give them air dances only and then tell them off if they started touching me. Basically, I'd be like that stripper that everybody hates probably. Ha ha.
If I somehow managed to not quit or get fired, I would try not to do any extras at first. I would wait for a good looking rich woman to come along and try to pay me for OTC. I would tell her I never do that, until she kept offering me more and more. Finally, when the price got high enough, I'd be her boy toy.
If my plan to lure a rich female failed, then I might start doing extras with only the hottest women who came in, if I liked their personality too.

First of all women and men are thrown into different types of roles, as it pertains to what they do and where their money comes from.
I for one would not want to be a sex worker, mostly because that would mean that I would have to service all the women who applied for it. I would not want to be doing that. I like to interact with women on the basis of my own sexual attraction to them. I like to pick them. And also, I would not want to be getting money that way. I believe that I am more than just looks and sex. I have worked my whole life to build up intellect and skills, and this is only accelerating and expanding today.
So far, women are not really encouraged to do this. Even amongst women holding graduate degrees and getting nice pay checks, it is still often questionable how far they have moved beyond traditional roles. But women are still usually the social glue which makes everything work.
Then also, as Comrade Engels has shown us, this Marriage-Prostitution System which exists today is the result of the destruction of matrilineal society, a result of the diminishment of women's roles, and the rise of the Patriarchal Family.

So the marriage-prostitution system does not promote sex, it restricts it. To play it the other way, promoting sex, one has to play the two sides off against each other. And then somewhere in this interplay you'll get the best you can given the present state of affairs. And you can see here that the most heads up people on TUSCL are those very few who get beyond the strict P4P envelope. They go more with the Eurpoean styled mistress system. They keep their women on retainer. They're playing the two poles of the marriage-prostitution system off against each other.
So while I do not which to recreate matrilineal society. What I would like to see is are more bonobo like situations, where the sex flows freely and easily. I believe that in limited social realms that this can be set up. There are examples of this, and I am working on this now.
But if you want to ask what I think about 'extras' and sex work and sex workers. My real concern about it is just, how good of a job are they doing? I think this is the most important question to ask. The quality can run from sublime, to only increasing the level of frustration and desperation in our world.
Where I live the strip clubs are no touching. And I have no problem with this. I see it as a necessary accommodation to the law and the feelings of the community and the women who work there.
But if you want to go beyond this and make a strip club which is based on fulfillment instead of fantasy, okay. So long as it is all between consenting adults, that could be great.

At its best, such a strip club would combine the higher looks and dolling up standards of Strip Clubs, with the pricing and nice back room accommodations of AMPs.
Okay, but strip clubs also have the potential to offer something else, freeform non-committal fraternization. And nothing more influences how good the back room experience can be, than how the selection process works.
The selection process is always seriously compromised in AMPs and Line Up Brothels. And of course it is gone completely with AAMPs and Escort Services, even though the women there have usually learned to do good GFE anyway.

Then also as they pretty much run around the clock, the girls will usually be ready for lengthy sessions which include some sleeping time. They have to sleep somewhere sometime, so why not with a nice customer. No sense in having pretty girls sleeping alone. And they aren't losing any income opportunities by doing this, because they will always be able to make more money off of more customers because of the around the clock operation and the international tourists who come into the airport and are not even interested in adopting to local time.
Okay, but this trashes the girl's personal lives, because the outside world runs on the solar clock, not on the lunar calendar. So an improvement would be a residential brothel run by a religious order. Maybe someday they can have that. Women would live with their children as they did in ancient world brothels, and they would have their own schools, and the women themselves would run it.
Now here in San Jose we have had various cycles of underground strip clubs in Mexican Bars. They go way beyond the rules the local advertised clubs have to adhere to. But it still is nothing like TJ's Hong Kong Bar. But as I found first hand, the local women who work in that circuit think very much the same way as the do in the TJ Hong Kong Bar. What they gravitate to is phenomenal GFE encounters. They don't need much inducement to steer it that way either. Even in the way they look at you they let you know this. And these girls are beloved. When not dancing in this circuit, they are busy in their homes giving one guy after another truly life changing sessions.
So you ask me about 'extras'. Well I don't even go along with that concept. It means treating a girl like a vending machine, asking her to perform a basically mechanical service, for a fee, and with ejaculation being the goal.
This is never a good way to approach sex.
And then with the girls "selling dances" in such environments, I see going for that as a chump's move. Guys spending lots of money, mostly just to exacerbate their own sexual frustration.

I'd start out working 1-2 days per week, ideally Friday and Saturday evenings or swing shift (2-10 or 4-10). I'd try to move to a town were dancing is really profitable if I can't earn in my current area. I'd dance and try to mainly sell VIP/CR in blocks of time. I wouldn't care about the gender of the custy but I'd probably be dancing for men mostly in either case. I'd eventually move up to 4 days a week with 1 week off a month and 2 months off each year. As I pass 30 yo (if I'm still in the industry) I'm back down to 1-2 days per week, probably with 48 hours between shifts to recuperate (knees, back, ankles, etc.).
I'd probably be a dietary and fitness nut, too. I'd only drink water, orange juice, or V-8 ITC. I would try to *not* have regulars, since they'd eventually want extras or OTC p4p, more likely.
I'd sell $700/hr rooms, and air dance or low contact, if I could, and high contact lap dances if I had to for Chili Palmer types who come in the club with stacks of twenties. The custies would love it because I'm hot and could pull of chemistry with a bare wall.

Bank it. I would splurge now and again. I'd take time off (1 week a month and 2 months a year) assuming I'd have savings to ride me. I'd have my emergency fund in 12 CDs at the bank. Each CD would be a 12 month CD, staggered, with each CD maturing every month. So to tap the emergency money, I would just cash out the CD for that month and not renew it.

Otherwise I would buy Fidelity Vanguard funds or something normal & safe like that.

I know my current SO would have a problem if I did ITC extras or OTC p4p. This is hard to answer until one is thrust into that scenario. This is what rickdugan's system is built on.
If one says, yes, then the compromise to me would be to set an end date, where I stop and exit the industry with a pile of money savings to invest. My SO would likely understand it if there was a plan and an end date to exit the industry. Although let's be real, if I'm slinging extras or p4p, I'm probably single and dateless. Nobody loves a prostitute. :(
If one says no, then I would have to work that much harder to sell dances and rooms and it would take more years to amass the same savings stockpile. I could live with that.

I'd give a good dance; have good customer rapport and chemistry, giving him or her what he or she thinks he or she wants. I'd make them feel good, since that's often what people remember and it makes a lasting impression. Give him or her as much dance and rapport as I can within my bounds, the clubs bounds, and the law. Ethically and morally, I'd give the same mileage to customers that my current fave gives to me for bigger spenders (Dispater 007 and numerically higher). Else, I'd be a hypocrite.

(1) I'd say hello to everyone, in the club, welcome them, and (2) for regulars, remember and acknowledge names. This is a constant TUSCL/SW debate. But not acknowledging people (new or regulars) is patently stupid. Yet, dancers do it all of the time. Another TUSCL/SW debate is dancers don't need to talk to (clothed convo) all customers, but dancers should at least take 20 seconds to welcome each customer and perform introductions. Dancers in the '90s used to do this. I hardly ever see them do it these days. I don't understand why. I'd also bank on kissing, since apparently SW dancers won't do it but custies all want it. And yes, rickdugan, I'd totally do dude on dude kissing, if I were a male dancer. I'd bank. But in words of Hammurabi, that's where I'd draw the line in the sand.

If phoenix is saying a total reversal and we were the female strippers now then I'd be one of those non-extras kinda gals hustling as much as poss ITC. Problem with that is, that is a very hard way to earn a living, men dancing for women. Women just don't go for passing out money like that.
I forgot to mention that in my post above, where I was thinking about dancing for a girl in my own home, that girl being from the underground Mexican Bar circuit, that I was going to make sure that she had a big pile of monopoly money. Small bills on top, larger bills on the bottom.
So mostly what I would do would be some posing, nuzzling, and fondling, and getting that fake money from her one bill at a time.
