I work a Sunday through Thursday work schedule. I had the best day at work in a long time. A more stricter manager filled in for our normal manager. He was calling out a number of my coworkers who take longer than usual breaks, don't follow simple company policies we must all adhere to because my normal supervisor is so laid back they take advantage of him. I loved seeing some of my coworkers getting busted. Also, another bonus is that one of my coworkers who is always in a bad mood was not there as well. Great day.

In other words you got a manager to do his job, and that made for a better work environment. I insist that the managers that work for me adhere to set policies, it keeps everyone happy. I'm glad you got a good bay now maybe it could improve.
