I didn't know Alucard.

I don't agree with most of Dougster's, but we do need him back.

I liked both of these guys. Alucard was a little too trusting sometimes but he loved his strippers. Their rivalry was epic! I'm talking magic vs bird, tupac vs biggie...LOL

I strongly disagreed with the financial doctrine Dougster was putting out. But I do want him to come back. There are lots of other interesting things to talk about.

I won't speak ill of the dead, but Dougster's contributions, once well thought out and to the point on many subjects, have long since devolved into mind-numbingly boring and childish trollishness.

I don't miss Dougster at all, frankly.

^^^^^^ I agree that he became topically more and more narrow, and I did oppose his attacks against Mr. R.D.

But as this was all so and his withdrawl gradual, I believe that he is alive and well, and I do hope he comes back and lets us talk about other stuff.
