  Only if I owned the club or the doughnut shop. Lawyers are allowed to incite as many stupid lawsuits on ignorant businessmen as they can.

  One of the donut shops isn't far from me. Actually on my alternate route to the gym. Should I go in there and make it rain on the cashier than grap her tits?

  If the donut shop had gone with a different logo, Spearmint Rhino couldn't say a thing. But given just how similar they are, the strip club chain probably has a better-than-decent case for some sort of copyright or service mark infringement.
