What kind of spam mail filters do you guys use or think is the best?

A hacker stole user information from a web site and apparently sold it to spammers. I'm considering getting rid of the old email. Either way seems like a lot of extra work.

Between my Outlook, Yahoo and Gmail email accounts, Gmail seems to have the best spam filter as it 'learns' what spam looks like the most effectively. Yahoo is the worst of the 3 but I only get 1-2 spam emails a month so that's pretty good IMO considering 100+ a day go directly to the spam mailbox.
