Mckees Rocks PA 2 AMer

MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. — County police and other investigators have been trying to piece together a shooting at a Pittsburgh-area strip club that has left two people dead, and possibly one more wounded. The shooting occurred about 4:30 a.m. Friday as Silky's Adult Entertainment Club, which closes at 5 a.m. The club is in Stowe Township which borders Pittsburgh. Allegheny County police say two men were shot at the club and one died there while another was driven away in a private vehicle. According to Pittsburgh police, paramedics were called to West Carson Street, which is near the club but within the Pittsburgh city limits, for a report of a gunshot wound about 4:45 a.m. City police spokeswoman Emily Schaffer says investigators aren't sure when and where that man was shot, but he died a short time later.

Finally a 2AMer at a club I've been in - and what a fabulous establishment it is.

Carson street - great place to get robbed or shot at 3am.

Yeah, I've been there to. McKees Rocks is not a great area. Surprised there haven't been more 2 am'ers there.

Most of them happen on Carson street so they're getting missed on shadows strip club radar. I haven't been out bar hopping there too much, but it seems every single time I have been there past 11pm, I've seen some crazy shit go down. Usually a car accident/DUI/fight but sometimes a little more severe.

If I'm clubbing in the burg I stick to the other side of town and hit cheerleaders and sometimes blush.

I gave up on Silky's and Club E a few years ago after the time I saw a gang hanging out a block down from Club E. And, the shady valet thing at Silky's where your key were just laying on the sidewalk (this was literately right when they first started valeting... no idea what it's like now)

I've been here before. The area definitely has gone way downhill.
