If you're talking about Manhattan, you're out of luck. OTC is available at prohibitive prices.
I haven't been there, but I've heard that Gallagher's in Queens is about the best you can find in NYC.
If you are willing to spend north of $1k all-in, you can get laid in some of the Manhattan clubs, but I'm not going to lay out a bread crumb trail for a 0/0 poster on an open chat board. Do some more research and you should be able to figure it out.
If you are looking for anything ITC or OTC remotely close to South Carolina prices you are SOL. There is a fuck ton of money chasing talent in NYC. The stock market is still one of the few bright spots since the recession, even with the current challenges of the past few weeks, so many of the NYC-based asset management firms are still collecting near record fees and paying their employees accordingly. If you are looking for bargain pussy in NYC, you may need to hit BP for an Asian or Latin delight. At the right time of night, a girl can make her way from her incall location in Queens to your place in Manhattan in less than an hour. If you are in Queens, some of them will even give you a location discount. ;)
And when you visit Gallaghers in LIC, don't forget to ask for the policeman's discount. I am pretty sure that they waive cover charges for NYPD and other municipal employees. ;)

If you do a search there are some extras friendly clubs about an hour outside of Manhattan to the west and northwest, as well as some non Asian massage paroles in jersey.
