In the Tijuana clubs, the hotel for the sessions has to be a separate business from the hooker bar - strip club, otherwise it is not legal.
And so it is, even at the Hong Kong bar.
We used to have hooker motels in this country too. They rented rooms by the hour. People went their for love trysts.
No one knows what two consenting adults do in there. The problem is that some time during the 80's LE decided that they didn't need to have evidence of crime in order to make an arrest.
