One of the reasons is that a lot of black boob sites on the internet tend to have heaver women with very saggy breasts. Look at bignudeboobs.com for example. While there are quite a few hot looking women, there are far too many porkers on the site.

I agree with Papi Chulo. There are plenty of fake tits in clubs, but very few look as awesome as the samples on this link. I recall many years ago that more dancers looked like these pics than they do now.
