Am I cheap or is everyone else nuts?
Smegma Jones
Oh, don't get me wrong...I've spent more...way more...than $200 in a club, but in almost every one of those instances I got a dozen or so laps from nearly as many dancers. I'm fine with that and sometimes I just like to get my grind on, but if I wanted to arrange 'extra' services and was planning on spending $200+ dollars, I'd go to an escort/hooker outside a club and have a sure thing good time. And you can't count OTC action as doing that because 99% of the time an OTC hookup is not made until AFTER ITC action and in general a decent amount of cash has been dropped. I count it all as one transaction in which case we are probably talking $500+ again.
Paying $100 bucks for 'VIP' seating....being forced to buy $100 bottle of $10 grocery store booze and having to buy a greedy stripper overpriced drinks on top of that JUST to also pay $150-$200 to get some uncomfortable rushed FS crammed into a VIP room with a bunch of other guys is not a good use of my hard earned (and stashed away) strip club slush funds.
I go out with one of 2 mentalities....I leave knowing I want to get FS or BJ, in which i'll go pro outside the strip club or I go for lapdances in which I go to a club, spend $15 to $25 a song (depending on the club...topless vs nude...amount of grindage I expect), and if a good grind makes me mess my shorts I'll give an ok tip for a job well done.
I'm not sure if it's because some guys have the "I don't use hookers/escorts" and don't realize that getting FS from a stripper in the club is EXACTLY the same thing, or if it's a caught up in the moment thing where a $20 dance turns into a $100 VIP turns into a $200 FS visit....I get that scenario (and have been in it by mistake....'Bad little brain...Bad!'), but from the writings of some of the posts, it appears the $500 SC visit was a planned and repeated activity. Normally if I spend $150-$200 in a club I get to the point where I feel like I should have gone the other route...and then normally schedule that activity for the NEXT night.
Explain the logic please.

To be honest, I'm not even sure what it all means, but I see it on the menu at some high end clubs and seems like a helluva lotta money to spend thats not going to the girl.
The downside is that I enjoyed it so fucking much that I spent far more than I should have. My ATF now expects me to support her in a style which I really can't afford.
Some dudes go to SCs for more than the girls – for them it's sorta an experience and they want, or feel, they gotta go large – either to sorta pamper themselves or to get attention as the big man on campus/the-club.
IMO the bottle service for some is b/c they indeed want to buy a bottle; but for many it seems as a status symbol of sorts similar to making it rain on stage – sorta hey look at me I'm balling; I's got dough.
SCing is not necessarily an apples-to-apples comparison – there are variables to take into account such as location (city); quality of clubs; quality of girls; custy competition; etc.; e.g. you may be able to get a decent $50 hotel room in Omaha but trying getting that in New York City.
There are clubs that are very popular and have very good looking dancers – these clubs are often frequented by dudes w/ deep pockets whom for them dropping $500 is like an avg guy dropping $5 – in this type of club one will often not be able to get a good dancer for a mere $200 – the dancers know there are bigger fish to fry in that type of a SC and they will often hold out for those bigger fish.
Certainly there are guys that overpay for FS in SCs b/c these guys are not in the know and are often not regular SC goers – it's similar to tourists being taken in an unfamiliar location.
IME in most clubs one has to pay for a room to get FS and that room IME is on the avg of $100 per 30 mins with the dancer wanting a min of $200 for FS and depending on the club it cat be a floor of $300 for dancers in the top 25% of looks in the club – so that kinda puts you at around $400 (plus having to tip the bouncer and waitress).
So as I mentioned – in certain locations one can get in and out for $200; but in most major cities and at popular upscale clubs; taking into account the room fee I would say one is looking at $300 min for FS in the club and more like $400– IMO.
You have to understand that the disposable income available to everyone is quite different. $500 to some is a drop in the bucket while $200 for some may take a month of saving to accumulate.
I don't do a lot of OTC but when I do it has always cost me less than calling an escort because I am doing it with a stripper that I have history with that trusts me.
w/ escorts – it's just show up – bang the chick – and leave – which there is nothing wrong w/ that if that is what floats one's boat.
In a SC; you have the ambiance – cool lighting; drinks; good sound system/music; a ton of attractive nude women around; etc – so you can get your motor revved w/ the sexually overcharged ambiance or by getting a few good lappers and then go right to FS after having built up your libido in the club for a while.
I agree that FS in a club where one has to pay a room fee and be in a cramped space and having a time limit; is not ideal nor cost-effective – but ITC FS does have other things w/ it like I mentioned above.
For me, seeing escorts has been a crap shoot. Even restricting myself to well reviewed ones has been less than completely fantastic. In some cases, that's simply chemistry, or the lack thereof. I'm who I am, so that's understandable. In some cases, it's a case of "inflated" reviews. Based on conversations with others, I'm convinced that far more trading of good reviews for service is happening that most people realize.
But most of them seem to be because my experiences with strippers have raised my expectations. I *know* what she's going to look like, unlike and escort. I *know* what her personality is like, unlike an escort. Having tested the waters ITC, I *know* how she's likely to perform OTC, unlike an escort. I *know* whether or not her pussy or breath stinks, unlike an escort. I *know* she'll take it in her mouth if I need some help at the end.
And despite what some claim from time to time, I don't see the cost as significantly higher than an escort. For me personally, I personally think it averages out to about the same, over time, because the strippers I see charge less than the top shelf escorts in town.
Your mileage may vary, but for me, strippers are the way to go for most of my sex. I've dabbled in escorts and body rub/massage from time to time, and still do occasionally, but I always come back to strippers.
I do not get spending money on bottle service.
I do not get spending $500 in one night (then again, I do not tend to frequent NYC or LV clubs).
I do not spend over $200 or $250 in PHX, LAX or any other large metro areas
I have SC for so long that, generally, I need extras or at the very least ultra HM. For that reason, in certain towns, excorts are the better option. In other areas (DET, STL), I can get what I need in SC.
It is all about me. By never clubbing in a group, I am not remotely concerned with making it rain or any other such foolish activity designed to impress other patrons.
It's about fun, not logic, and different people have different ideas of fun. Still, I can tell you my thinking:
In general, my favorite way to SC is with buddies, buying shots like crazy and getting drunk with the strippers... rarely extras in the club, I prefer to use these trips to start meeting strippers I'd like OTCs with later.
Bottle service: I go on slow dayshifts, and there are sometimes bottle service specials as low as $250 or even $200. I think we figured out, based on the how expensive shots are, and how many we buy, that by the time the bottle is $250, we've already passed break-even ... especially considering bottle services comes with bottomless carafes of coke/soda-water, which usually cost as much as low-end shots and we all drink a ton of to stay hydrated. That's the only time I buy bottleservice, when it's in my economic interest. I don't ever do the super expensive nighttime bottle service, but I personally think busy nightshifts and sellers' markets are for suckers anyway -- there's no such thing as having to buy a table on slow dayshifts, having to buy a table is a non-issue.
I probably average $300 per trip, for two VIPs, drinks and food. Usually I don't pursue extras for that, but I've had a FUCKING AWESOME time with my buddies, and an awesome time with my drunk CF... and hopefully set up an OTC for later in the week
Pretty much it in a nutshell.
e.g. it's more “logical” to cook at home and save a lot of $$$ including tipping – but this does not mean that one should not eat it out if they enjoy it.
I've never done escorts, or streetwalkers, no bottle service,,never made it rain,, Bottle water is my drink preference..I only like doing, ITC....Some months , I'll get up to 2K spending,,or 25% of my monthy income..It doesn't matter ( Cheetah Atlanta , Follies, )... Very seldom a dancer that knows me turn down my request,,,
I don't compete with ballers, or hip hopper, Therefore i frequent my clubs early afternoon,, I keep to myself and stay in my Lane.....
Yeah. Not much "logic" in it.
Most of us do it because we enjoy it immensely. I
Personally, I get tired or bored with the same woman over and over again. Clubbing allows that "get away" once in a while to get rid of that boredom. Some of us even consider it a hobby to go clubbing.
Not everybody can get to Vegas, Atlantic City, Miami, Dallas, etc. so they have to party like a big timer in a strip club outside their local city.
Anything spent in a strip club outside of Vegas is pale in comparison from what I have seen inside a regular club in Vegas. I've been at a table where the tab was $4,700 one night. That bought 4 bottles of vodka (Belvedere), 2 bottles of Clicquot Champagne, 3 shots of Bulleit bourbon a handful of bottled water, a few Red Bulls and the gratuity. I paid a fraction of that tab as I was with some high rollers that night! lol
As for buying bottles at strip clubs, I tell you one thing, no matter if you look like George Clooney or Jack Black, either way, the girls will circle around you like a shark, and some guys buy bottles for that reason.
Money is one of the most discussed topics here on tuscl. I like money. I like making money. I like talking about making money. Even here on tuscl I have learned a couple of tricks about how I can make more money.
However, most of the money talk on tuscl is about spending that money on our hobby. This is very boring.
I partake of both strippers & escorts, and I also blow thru money like it's going out of style. Shit - you can't take it with you, so you might as well enjoy it. I don't care what others do or spend, just as they shouldn't care about my spending habits. No judging. To each their own.
Flashing spending and clothes may help to get dancers to come around to you faster. But I think it also attracts the type who prefer the custies who tip them well just for sitting and talking.
Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but it always takes me months to find somebody I get good regular P4P with. But I've had far far better luck with escorts than dancers.
I think that going to the stripclub with the ultimate goal for OTC is the way to go. I know that you first have to show the girl that you are not LE, and have some money in the club. This may involve having FS in the club to break the ice. FS in the club is always a rushed and messy affair. Condoms are limited, cleaning towels are solutions are limited. Some strippers prefer to only have FS in the club. I tend to avoid these ones. I prefer to work with those strippers that have FS in the club, but are opened to OTC. FS in the club is a major waste of money if the goal is not towards OTC. My own two cents.
From a pure economic standpoint you are 100% right that dialing up an escort is cheaper than fucking around with strippers in most places. But I, like others, long ago soured on using escorts as I found my experiences with them to be boring. Now in the old days I sometimes used them as a backup if I struck out at the clubs, but I won't even do that anymore after a close brush with a real problem when I dialed one up some years back. There are a lot of risks involved with meeting strange girls for p4p, including LE stings, con games, false advertising about the girl, etc. It may be tougher and more expensive to land some strippers, but the exposures to that other crap are mostly non-existent.
There's a million ways to "waste" money.
I am vip at Houston club, go in for free buffet after getting free vip admission. Have 2 drinks that is it. If a gal is really hot perhaps 2 dances at 20 each.
Remember the money you give strippers you will never see that again. Their goal is to drain your last nickel. Do not pay ever for services not rendered or give advances. Walk away, run if you have to if they ask you for advances and crap. Strippers are dangerous, your brain is under the influence of alcohol, sex hormones, and there are 4 no good reasons to do them: Financial Ruin, risk of std's, risk of getting them pg, and unfavorable impact on marriage you may regret later on. Budget the number of sessions / spending a month that is acceptable and not something that will amount to some really huge number over a period of time, causing you anxiety and depression over what if (you had not spent so much). Strippers (and other whores) have the potential to really ruin you life or perhaps be a vessel of joy that you partake of wisely like sipping a fine whiskey. Just don't drink the whole bottle in one whack.

Some people don't visit strip clubs every week and some people make over 100k or over 200k and like to buy things they like. I'm not in that income group.
Some people may tip girls a 5 or 20 but only visit strip once or twice every few months and only tip a few girls and think I'm cheap when they see me only tip a dollar or two. What they don't see is me tipping up to 40 to 60 in tips in a single night every single week if I want to. They can judge my one dollar tip as cheap but they would be wrong. They might wonder why the hot dancer ignored them and went and asked me for dances. Appearances can be deceiving. I remember I once asked my parents about one guy who dressed like a bum I thought when I was a teenager. I was told he was a millionaire and owned his own clothing chain. He just didn't want to attract attention so he dressed down.
