I once saw a YouTube video where the guy superglued a dildo the girlfriend was wearing to her forehead. Video cut off about one minute after she woke up and was not happy. He must have thought it was funny enough to post online. I think acetone will dissolve superglue.

Acetone WILL dissolve superglue and a whole lot of other adhesives and sticky residue but it will also eat away the outer layer of skin as well as dry out the underlying skin and make it harden and crack. It will be painful, very red and extremely annoying but after a week or so it'll heal.
