Guys, just wondering if anyone knew of a halfway decent club near Johnstown, PA,maybe within an hour's drive tops. The only thing I'm seeing is Club Cocunuts in Altoona and it doesn't look impressive.

Not that this would make you jump in your car right now, but usually the cover at Filly is around $18 and that includes free Bud Light cans. They also have Red Bull, Coke and Bottled Water which you pay for.
Younger crowd, on a Friday or Saturday there can be 75 or more people in there and when busy they will run 2 stages and usually at least 2 girls on each stage.
Johnstown? Forget strip clubs. Go deer hunting. Or mine some coal.

The Filly Coral is much nicer than Coconuts... but I'm guessing it will be a bit more than an hour depending on where you are starting from in the Johnstown area.
Cover is $20 Fri/Sat night at the Filly, more if there is a feature. I was just at the Filly about a month ago. Talent level wasn't as good as it was before winter, but there's typically 20+ girls at the filly and typically a good variety. I've had pretty good luck getting handsy in the LDs at the Filly.
Was just a Coconuts recently too. Only six girls. 5 had decent bodies but were inked up to varying degrees.
Given the choice, I'd rather try the Filly based on past good time even though talent might not be what I remember from previous visits.

Depending on where you're at in Johnstown should be about 50-60 miles away. Easy drive, the club is directly off of I70. You're not going to get high quality extras here but the girls are full nude, and are decent looking for the area.

That drive would be about 70 miles from Johnstown. Once you're into Pittsburgh there are more options other than Cheerleaders.
