Become a repeat customer and get to know one or two girls really well to get the most out of a private dance. As for extras, a few clubs are known for them, but most aren't, so if that's important to you, go to that kind of club. And hope you don't get arrested or catch a disease. Personally I think anyone who indulges in extras is crazy.
