I was wondering if someone here knew about this kind of thing. I utilize over the air TV (If I had cable/dish, I'd never get anything done). Anyway, every night for the past week, precisely ay 6:45, someone starts jamming the TV signal. My TV signal goes from 100% to 60% and it lasts from 60 to 90 minutes. What would jam a digital TV signal ? It's not one station, it's all of them. I get one word out of ten and the video quality is similar (one image in ten, everything becomes jumpy).

Look outside and see if your local cable provider has a truck parked in front of your house during the bad reception period. Maybe they send a guy in a truck over every evening for an hour or so to emit some rogue signals that fuck-up your reception in hopes that you'll get pissed and switch to cable.
Maybe you can go out and pay the cable guy to make him stop doing it.
