I prefer them at least 21. A lot less legal hassle if they're drinking. Course, I still wouldn't argue (too much) with girls 18-20, as long as they aren't pushing "Buy me a beer! Now!"

Do you ask for ID JV? If you go back to the same club over a period of years, you'll find some 18 year olds who stay 18 year after year somehow.
