A 24-year-old woman told Myrtle Beach police that she was assaulted with a high heel shoe while inside a gentleman’s club bathroom early Thursday, according to a police report.
The victim was being treated at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center when officers arrived at 2 a.m. Thursday, police said. The victim said the assault happened about 30 minutes before she went to the hospital.
The victim had two puncture wounds to her head that required staples, a swollen left eye and some swelling to her head, according to the report. Police identified the suspect in the report, a 22-year-old Myrtle Beach woman, but she had not been formally charged at 7 a.m. Thursday.
