request for founder...

Not sure if you read the forums, but if you do -- I think it would be very helpfull if you have the default for the discussion board be sorted by last post, not original start date. Every time I check on here it I have to click sort by last reply after every single post I read.

I second that. Other boards I participate in (which are mostly sports-related) are all set to last reply. That way, all the posts where a topic is played out are all at the bottom.
