  What about Canada? I have not been there myself but thought I heard of black-haired blue-eyed folks there. Another place that comes to mind is France – but again – just basically talking out of my ass since I have not been.

  Meagan Fox is another great one with the blue eyes and the dark hair. I wish I could suggest an area -- I'd be there in a heartbeat, too -- but I think it's really going to be largely luck of the draw.

  Wife #1 has hair as black as coal and eyes like deep, deep blue sapphires. Same for her mum and two sisters. She comes from a family of Corsican blade merchants FWIW.

  I did an image search for black eyes and blue hair and saw a whole bunch of demonic looking girls with blue eyes and black hair. That was just twisted. Kind of like visiting a porn site and you click on a pic and every time you do, the picture inverts so everything switches to the other direction. I was thinking what kind of weird site is this?   Black women with blue eyes. Stacey Dash and Vanessa Williams. At their peak, they were stunning. Adriana Lima still is.

  @Mark94- I agree with you on Vanessa Williams and Stacey Dash. Adrianna Lima back in the day was unbelievably hot, probably my favorite Victoria Secret's model ever.
