Amateur night at strip clubs, do you like it?

I just wish the club that I go to when they have amateur night would have the contest earlier in the evening instead of waiting until 1 AM or later. I believe most of the participants are out of work dancers & rarely are you seeing real amateurs. Voting is usually by crowd response. I think the outcome should be decided by which dancer gets the most $'s!

Casualguy: She probably won because the contest was fixed. An impartial DJ would ever let a contestant in an "amatuer" contest any where near his microphone.

One place I go to has girl on girl shows and while normally it is two of the strippers. The last time I went, the stripper that normally does it during her set of songs on the main stage pulls up this girl who had A few too many and begins to make out with her. While that is going on, another girl who definitely had too much to drink and was playing with daddy's money went on stage and started pulling her jeans down. The bouncer politely asked her to step down and she did. BTW Most of the guys eye's never left the girls making out.

Entertaining to say the least.

I was at a club last night when they had amateur night. One of the girls competing I happened to be sitting at the table next to. There were 2 slightly overweight girls (not real bad) and one chubby girl and one guy. I kept hearing the DJ make announcements for signing up and after an hour or so I heard one girl tell the other (I'm going to go make me $100, come on.) An hour or two later she was in the contest. She had some tough competition and they looked decent. I heard they were from like Jamaica, the keys, the midwest, and some places a little bit closer. Either some of those girls were not dancers or they were never any good at dancing. They didn't look that bad topless though. If someone likes girls to take off their street clothes on stage, that would have been a good spot.

I forgot to mention, the pretty blonde who was apparently the one doing the fake moaning over the DJ's microphone earlier in the evening was the one who won. She was the prettiest but I was slightly surprised she won since she had her blue jeans on the whole time until the end.

This would disgust Kyle, but I went to one once in a rural area where they had 3 dancers, 2 who were polished pros and 1 who was an unpolished fattie and she was the one getting the tips and she ended up winning.

I agree with Yoda, every amateur night I have been to has girls participating that are clearly not amateurs; most likely girls from other clubs or from out of town. Overall a lame experience and I avoid clubs on nights they do it.

Actually I think I really did see some true amateurs one time. I was in a small Atlanta club, one of those places where girls dance nude on stage but there are no private dances, basically a neighborhood bar with dancers. Anyway two of the girls at the bar got up on stage in their street clothes and it was obvious that they had had a few. They both undressed and got nude on stage, danced, then one of them went back to the bar and stood there drinking with her friends without ever putting anything back on. Maybe the other one did too but I remember this one in particular because she was really good looking. It was very amusing. I wish more dancers would wear normal street clothes and just undress on stage. I find that much sexier than a lot of the costumes.

It's actualy a common way for girls to check out new clubs. I've escorted dancers to amatuer nights at new clubs a few times and it can be a fun night. I just think that, as a customer, if you are expecting to see real "amatuers" you are kidding yourself.

My ATF and a couple of her friends used to go to other clubs to participate in their amateur contests to make money. They often won. Most of the girls who participate are just strippers from other clubs.

Never been to one and rarely seen one even mentioned. Perhaps just the area.

One club in my area runs amatuer night 2 nights a week. The same girls show up every week - they may as well be house dancers at this point.

Amateur night is mostly audition night. I've been to a few and I believe they are genuine contests. That said, most of the dancers are really dancers from other clubs.

At my favorite club, the contest is genuine, though the girls are rarely amateurs. That's the only night I go: I need variety. Besides, it's easier to "pick up" a contestant than it is a regular. There's always at least one gorgeous girl in the contest. One night about six months ago I saw six out of eight who were at least 8s.

Around here amatuer night is really audition night for new girls. They are almost always dancers from another club. It's generaly lame, and fixed.
