At my regular club the best pair of enhanced boobs are on a gal who told me she paid over $10,000 for her surgery. I've felt them, examined them, and you are hard pressed to find a scar. Also many women go too big. That is where the issue really comes. They go to big for their body type. Some women are not curvy so they have no hips, ass, or that hour glass look but get huge tits.
