What I wonder is, why don't most fake boobs turn out so well? Was she lucky? Gifted surgeon? Did she invest significantly more money? Or, am I wrong to think that a happy medium between firmness and fondle-ability is what most of us want boob-wise? Or, am I missing the point, are fake boobs supposed to be "uberboobs", better than natural? D, DD or bigger is size, but with firmness that is only naturally occurring in the firmest of Bs?

    Taste is in the mouth of the beholder. I'll take a spinner with B's or C's any day over a cow like her. On the matter of quality of breast enhancement surgery, you tend to get what you pay for. At my regular club the best pair of enhanced boobs are on a gal who told me she paid over $10,000 for her surgery. I've felt them, examined them, and you are hard pressed to find a scar.
    When my ATF had hers done I researched malpractice cases on several plastic surgeons and there are some real fuck-ups out there.
    Many years ago I spent an hour with an escort who had gargantuan breasts which felt like they had rocks in them. The quality and selection of "filler" has improved markedly in the past decade.

    Her tits are terrible! Talk about obvious bolt-ons. I know some people find them attractive but I'm with Gawker: natural B's or C's are best.

    Like gawker... you do get what you pay for.

    Also many women go too big. That is where the issue really comes. They go to big for their body type. Some women are not curvy so they have no hips, ass, or that hour glass look but get huge tits. Just doesn't look right. So people will blame the doctor but it could have been the patient wanting bigger and not listening to the doctor. But also some doctors don't care and want them huge.

    Shyla Stylez is a fine piece of ass. But that link doesn't do her tits justice. They don't look natural to me.

    I'd kick her fat ass out of bed too, crackers or not. I'd also agree that you get what you pay for, but will also add that the natural base has to have an impact too. A chick with big low hanging saggy tits can't try to put some C's high & tight & expect it to look right and cost 3k or something. The ones that seem to come out best are the girls with smaller but oddly shaped or saggy tits who replace them with moderate sized ones and spend 7-10K.

    In the end, perfect naturals beat perfect fakes hands down. But good fakes beat bad naturals just as well. And more importantly, thank god for you stupid dudes who like fat bitches like that. Few things are better than finding a slim hottie who's been passed over for being too skinny by a bunch of dudes looking for girls like the one in the OP.

    For as big as her tits are, they were done very nicely. Most that size don't look nearly as natural. BUT, they are still very obviously fake. I'd also be curious to know how they feel.

    Like some things in life fake breasts shouldn't be a budget item.

    I"m a leg/ass man...I don't really care about breast size. I do prefer small nipples and areolas though. The areolas that are as big or bigger than pasties kind of gross me out. I just hope the women that get oversized or cheap implants don't lose nipple sensitivity.
