What's up with Mr. Moose's new avatar?

A downside of the new "no pics" TUSCL is the inability to see more detail on avatars. For example, I'd dig seeing hotstuffbabi's new tits. I'm sure they are top notch and...well...I digs the tit-TAYZ!

But Bullwinkle's new avatar...interesting choice Mr. Moose. Not sure more detail is necessary but maybe something funny is hidden. Not sure if the dude has the same expression that troop did. Remember that avatar?
