I’m from So. FL so not too familiar with that area – but I think you are probably in a SC wasteland where you are – may just have to settle for an escort or watching some porn and slapping the monkey vigorously.
If you have a car and time; you can drive an hour or so north to Cocoa Beach and hit the Inner Room and/or Lido Cabaret – or drive an hour or so south and hit some clubs in West Palm Beach
There are many sites online to get directions. Like Papi mentioned Vero is about an hour south of Inner Room in Coco, an hour north of Paper Moon in Stuart. Its probably closer to 1.5hrs from the all the clubs in West Palm though. However, Tuesday is $10 dance night at Spearmint Rhino. The $10 dances bring in dudes who intend to buy dances, which in turn brings in dancers, which might make it worth a trip. You're unlikely to score anything more than typical So. FL mileage at SR, but last week when I was there I got dances from no less than 4 9.5's, saw a few 8's, and ignored a handful of 6's...

You're about an hour away from Cocoa Beach and the excellent clubs there. I recommend Inner Room as best value.
