PM James. He's done well in the market.
Better talk to txtittyfan or rickdugan. Just incredibly awesome financial minds!
LMN can take a month rehab and use the savings to finance the whole thing.
What is the asking price of the club?
Whats it's net profit?
Send me a link to the business broker listing
Also will the purchase price include:
Liquor license Adult entertainment licensing Ff&e
Also, zoning is a bitch with adult entertainment businesses and some cities have pulled eminent domain on some profitable clubs before.
Better question: what is my percentage or as we people in the streets say, "what is my cut" for financing
if it is City of Atlanta, the club needs to already have a liquor license because the city will not issue any new ones. I think I know which club this is.
@joewebber: Do they need a liquor license? Can they not open without one and just not serve it?
George - Yes. They could open a juice bar but when Atlanta has 40+ clubs serving alcohol with total nudity, what chance would they have of surviving?
Do we think there is any legitimacy to someone posting here looking for strip club investors? I'd put my money on him being a troll or a scammer.
If you guys are looking to get in on a club, I've got a fully licensed, highly profitable oceanfront property in Arizona. Send me 5k via Western Union and I'll fax you over the details.
Looking for a borker, in the Atlanta area any suggestions
Don't forget to have your lawyer on retainer and your kick-back money.
I have P&L for the Strip club for sale in ATL still looking for funding to buy the club.
Why not put up an add in your local grocery store?
