Larry Ealy's naked truth: No need for any more profiles of long-shot gubernatorial candidate Larry Ealy. Joe Vardon of the Columbus Dispatch has the most interesting nugget you'll read on the colorful Democrat from the Dayton area. The former tow-truck driver revealed that he once was a professional bodybuilder and “the front man in a male dance group called Luscious Larry and the Raw Deal.” So there's that.

And also this: “I was the No. 1 bodybuilder in Ohio for a while.”

Ealy's stripping days may be behind him, but governing is not likely in front of him. He faces party-backed Ed FitzGerald, the Cuyahoga County executive, in Tuesday's primary. The winner will face Republican Gov. John Kasich in November.
