Interesting conjecture. I'm a bit skeptical, however. I'm pretty sure that "RickyBoyDugan" is just "rickdugan" posting under a slightly different name for reasons only he understands. Sterling has had a racist mouth for ever but he may never gotten complaints from his employees (the team) about treatment. If he had mistreated his players he could not put together a playoff worthy team.
There is a great difference between mouth and action.
I would call anyone who (white, black, African American, Native American, Asian descent, green man from mars or purple) says they have never made a racist remark a liar. Everyone has prejudices and anyone who says differently is a liar and is likely a discriminatory racist. The difference between a remark and action is huge.
