As long as they don't look like Motor's CF from Bogart's!

I have actually run into several girls that I believed were stripping to pay tuition not just SS. One was a blonde bombshell a 9+ in anyone's book was actually sitting at a table in the corner of the club when I came in that afternoon doing homework. She waited until I got settled before she came over and sat. She was a senior at the local branch campus and was working on her senior project, she had worked three days per week 4 to midnight Thursday - Saturday to pay tuition and worked Sunday afternoon and Mondays during football season. She told me that she had given notice to the club she was quitting the upcoming finals week as she had gotten a full time job after graduating. One of the others worked at Landing Strip in Romulus MI and was working on her graduate degree in Sociology and had a regular job but was using the club income to pay tuition and "fun" money. She was also a self proclaimed exhibitionist and getting naked on stage turned her on.
Both were very intelligent, obviously had dancing training and were not your usual party drug and alcohol abusers. I have run into many others over the years but these two stand out because of their looks and personalities.

The three reasons stripping is a hard job:
    1. The ick factor (we're unattractive to them generally).
    2. Contempt from many customers.
    3. Contempt from many people in general.

Belle seems to like the guys she's fucked on camera. And she's a role model for defying the contempt of backwards-thinking people, as a matter of principle.

There are worse ways to get through college than stripping.

Sadly this chick already picked one of those ways: porn.

@jester I've heard some female pornstars say in interviews they get to pick the guy(s) they are going to work with. Under the right circumstances, porn could be easier, if the chick gets to work with a guy she is at least somewhat into.

@TiredTraveller: I met one of those a few years ago. When the club wasn't busy, she'd be at the bar doing her homework. She was smart enough to put it away when paying customers came in, though.

One of the few dancers I actually miss. It's kind of weirdly satisfying having cogent discussions about warp drive physics in a strip club. And she was hot as hell.

I always laugh at those dancers who say they are in college and then tell me they are studying hair styling. Sorry Darling, that is not college.

And I've met way too many that are in no way university material no matter how hard they try to convinced me.

But I do know, and have met others that are working their way through a valid university program, some in Grad School. I really enjoy those sexy, smart dancers and love to find them.

    Go Belle, go.

@Corvus actually in the US we use the word college pretty loosely. In most English speaking countries, you'd never call a university a college. "College" generally means a school that offers 1-2 year courses, typically vocational training. Like vocational training in cosmetology.

Belle broke my heart when she said in her interview with Howard Stern that there was only one actor she refused to have sex with. She refused because the guy looked like he was in his 50s. She said "in his 50s "like it was a disease or something. That destroys the fantasy for me.
