I'm aware pole tricks don't sell dances, but they're so fun. And they keep me in shape. My legs are almost all healed up :) back to work tonight!

You aren't alone. Lots of dancers have banged up legs, hips and arms from the pole.

Vitamin C and build some muscle. You'll bruise less.
