I showed up at work an hour early to practice new pole tricks and this was the result. Not cute.

Ouch. To give you one data sample, while I enjoy watching good pole skills, it doesn't have much influence on whether or not I buy a dance.

I'm aware pole tricks don't sell dances, but they're so fun. And they keep me in shape. My legs are almost all healed up :) back to work tonight!

You aren't alone. Lots of dancers have banged up legs, hips and arms from the pole.
Vitamin C and build some muscle. You'll bruise less.
