It's an issue relating to California driving all business out of their state. There could be workplace hazards in the porn industry but officials in California are just driving business away. Nevada and other states aren't complaining though.
With water levels (in other states cuz California didn't bother to put in any dams for storage) they are at, I wouldn't hold on to that...
It's a tough case to prove it's unsafe for porn actors/actresses having unprotected sex considering how the industry is run.
