Guess the capt is getting a little troubled with dementia. Don't call me a romantic, but I suspect it is for money reasons. She can still be there for him without her money at risk. It is becoming more and more common.
The captain made the mistake of becoming ill, so now she is abandoning him.
I enjoyed them about as much as I would a swift kick in the nads!

My muskrat fur hat covers my entire bald pate. Face flap, ear flaps, and neck flap cover even more of of my impressively handsome head.
