A ban is stupid. Legitimate gun owners rarely go on rampages, or engage in gang violence. But they do often get robbed, and those guns are then used in crimes. A ban on non-hunting rifles would be very reasonable.

People are growing wise to "progressive-ism" and what it really is.

I'm no gun nut, but gun stores are like strip clubs in that cities can't outright ban legitimate businesses. On the practical side, I hope we don't see a gun store on every block, especially on the south side. It's bad enough that cheap guns are brought in from IN by the truck full; I can see gun violence going up if you can buy a cheap hand gun at the corner store.
