Christine's Cabaret in Philly?

I heard that the owners of Cheerleaders are opening a club at the old Christine's location. Anyone have any idea when it might be opening? It's a shame to let that place go to waste.

I heard a rumor from a disgruntled dancer at the Penthouse in Philly that it would be opening in June. I haven't heard or read anything else, but Christine's has the potential to be a really great club.
