At what age were you no longer able to get erections naturally (ie without meds like Viagra, Cialis, Levitra)? Do you plan on strip clubbing until you are on your deathbed or do you think you may have to retire from the hobby at some point in time due to frailty, osteoporosis, etc?

last commentI'm unable to answer this question but I always found is fascinating how the drive is still there long after the body fails.

Dalex: proof there is a God and he anticipated Viagra would be invented?

Even if one’s penis can’t get an erection, the mind still will get an “erection†– i.e. one will still fantasize and desire beautiful women and their affections.
My 2 cents although at 43 I am not there yet.

I second that Dougster. It doesn't just dry up and stop working one day. Due to heart medications, diabetes, and being overweight, in my mid-fifties I started having softer erections, but they still worked ok. About age 60 I tried a 100 mg. Viagra and was thrilled to be as hard as marble again. About age 63 I started seeing a young stripper weekly. The first time she blew me I popped my load in about 30 seconds. Since we've gotten used to each other when I take Viagra, I'm hard as ever, but the last few years I've had trouble cumming. My first threesome I came 3 times in 90 minutes at age 65 - the most erotic hour and a half of my life - most times I spend 15 - 20 minutes getting a BBBJ, then let her play cowgirl with me on my back, then a reverse cowgirl for awhile which gives me a beautiful view of her ass. Then she kneels on the bed while I fuck her doggy style. That sometimes gets me off, while other times she tells me stories about sex with other men ( and women); sometimes true; sometimes not. Since I started seeing my ATF regularly I've lost 50 lbs. and feel younger. I'm convinced the best exercise is fucking a beautiful woman 40 years younger than you.

Gawker,My hats off to you.
At 44 I'm still a ways from that. As a teenager it was my grandmother that gave me the real birds and bees talk. She was always available to answer any questions my siblings and I ever had. I can remember that well into my grandparents 70s they were having a very active sex life. And this was before viagra. I only hope that was passed on to me.

Me, early fifties and on some pretty strong (prescribed) meds. I am seriously out of shape (eat crap and never exercise). Over the course of my 40s, and especially after going on the meds, I lost the ability to get a hard-on just from looking at or touching a hot woman. Now it takes oral or manual stimulation to my johnson.

One would think a healthy weight, healthy diet, and exercise, would lead to a healthy body and a healthy Johnson.

I don't need chemicals. Looking at hot strippers is enough. When I can't get it up any more, I think I'll just give up the hobby and save a ton of money, but I hope that won't be until I'm 90.

I can still get it up without the meds, it just doesn't last as long. That started when I started taking blood pressure medication. The vitamin V, in addition to helping me keep the hard on, also delays my orgasm by about three-fold.

Yeah I used the stuff recreationally a couple of times. It takes me a long time to cum to begin with and on viagra it wad dang near impossible to. And yes if extreme takes too long can be nearly as bad as too quick. Then afterwards you get this semi-erection even if you are doing nothing at all sexuslly related, but if you even look at a pretty girl... boing! Definitely not something you should take if you don't need it even if it sounds like fun.

When I was in my 20s, sex was fun but not all that good, although it seemed great at the time. I just came too fast, and girls made me nervous. My 30s and 40s were excellent. By mid-50s it was taking longer to get erect but I lasted way longer too, and those might have even been my best years. I started trying Viagra then but I can't say it enhances the experience, due to the same factors Dougster mentions. I've still got four left out of the ten I bought when it first came out in 1997.

1997! You may want to throw those away or end up with some potentially SERIOUS side effects :)

I've been taking Viagra for about 10 years. I do not need one for a BBBJ but I definately need one for CFS. I plan to keep going as long as I can.

I have a relative who is 90 and if he got a lap dance, it would probably kill him. All of the thrusting and grinding would crush his bones. Death by sex with a hot stripper would be a great way to exit the world.

@shadow can you get a good nut from CFS with viagra?

ilbbaicni - Yes. Provided that I can get a hard enough cock.

Hasn't happened to me yet, but I imagine when it does I will still be at clubs getting lap dances for the human interaction.

"I don't need chemicals. Looking at hot strippers is enough"
Jack - I don't need chemicals either, but to be honest, "looking" doesn't do it for me anymore. There was a time, not many years ago, where I would get rock hard just looking at the dancers on stage. That doesn't happen any more. I don't have any problem once the dance or VIP session starts.
I don't know if thats a bad sign or I just go to clubs too much. But I do worry that I can't be aroused anymore just by looking. I can with porn though.

I'm in my mid-50s. A few years ago, I noticed I wasn't as hard or for as long as when I was younger, so I tried Levitra. I understand that is similar to Viagra, and found that I got very hard, but sometimes couldn't cum. I switched to Cialis, which I find much better. It's effective for 1-2 days, sometimes more, and I haven't noticed any inability to cum. Seems much more natural to me.

I'm 65 and never had any wood problems until about two years ago when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. After the surgery I was unable to achieve an erection for about three months, and then only with difficulty and meds.
I now take Cialis (5mg)occasionally but mainly as a "back-up" and achieve erections pretty easily with the right girl. I don't last as long as I used to but I'm pretty happy with my performance since surgery.

I'm 66 and can still get it up with no medical or other aids. I take BP medication though. Note that my erections aren't as big as they used to be but they get the job done.
