Watch tv while glancing at the stage? Look around to make sure there are better looking dancers who have not gone up on stage? leave for a different club? Or don't bother returning for a while to see if they have better talent in a few weeks? A whole hour of seeing no dancers I'm interested in makes me want to not visit for a few weeks or arrive an hour later. How about you? I see a lot more fat girls and average looking girls at another club too but there is usually more than one girl on the stages at the oth club.
There have been some genuinely surreal experiences. The other night I was in a slow club. Only me as a customer. No dancers circulating (I think the other two were back in the dressing room). I was not sitting stage-side, and the dancer started her set. I have seen and talked to her before. Not an ugly body, but she has some odd shapes and proportions. She can't dance to save her life and she has a really nasty attitude. And bad breath. I was determined to not give her any positive feedback. I thought if I went up to the stage and gave her a dollar I wouldn't get rid of her the rest of the night.
So I sat there and looked at everything else: the screens with girls dancing on them, the hardcore porn on others. Every so often I'd look back and she was dancing right on the lip of the stage closest to me, doing her odd shimmy that wasn't appealing at all, but putting her best effort into it. I'd quickly look away and she'd angrily walk back to make a swing around the pole. A few seconds later she'd be back, shimming on the lip of the stage. I think she thought that her superior dance moves and feminine ways would lure me up to the stage. Nope. They couldn't overcome the stank of her shitty attitude that stunk up the place from last time. Dancers should remember that we have looooong memories. As painful as it was, I didn't give up a single dollar during that interminable 3-song set. Or later during another 3-song set. Give up this delusion of being an alluring stripper and go back to your convenience store desk jockey job.
I leave, but this usually doesn't happen. There's been a couple of times where none of the girls interested me, but not often. If there's 20 plus dancers working, usually there are at least a couple who I want dances from
Seems like this is happening more and more nowadays. Just the other night I bagged out of the Emperor (Tampa) just for this reason, though I did swing back in later on after leaving another club.
I wrote a review recently but had not run into so many dancers going up on stage whom I wasn't interested in. I was thinking anyone who visited recently and saw the same thing might wonder why all the reviews are so good. It's possible several of the better looking dancers had the week off, quit, or are working different days or hours. I might stop by the club again since my membership card gives me free admission which paid for itself months ago. I did see better looking dancers after an hour. Some were still arriving apparently.
First of all, I wouldn't wait an hour. If I don't see any interesting talent stageside or floorside in the first 30 minutes, I'll leave.
However, if I know that there will be a shift change soon (or a likely time for new dancers to come in based on past experience), I'll stick around a little longer.
^^ what minnow said. I won't hang around and waste my time. I figure that it's money saved for the next club visit. But I won't hesitate to return to that same club at around the same time of day, because dancer turnover in my area is very high, so odds of seeing only the same faces again is slim.
I sit back a ways in audience, and discretely fondle my dick until i start getting hard. Then I leave. At least I feel like I've accomplished something for the cost of the cover charge.
If a hot ass dancer walked through the door an hour after I've seen nothing but lamo strippers, its by far too late. Its not getting up for the rest of the night. I'm just going.
I'm thrilled if the ones I want nothing to do with stay on stage and don't stop by my table. Now if the ones circulating aren't any better, out the door. Otherwise, count your blessings that the trolls are at a safe distance.
If I don't see any available dancers that I like, I'll just leave and go to another club. I doubt I would stay more than 20 minutes before leaving either.

That's what I do anyway. I don't go for the stage dancing.
When things are that bad, I leave.
