Having met a couple of Playboy centerfold girls in real life, I can assert with absolute confidence that photoshop and makeup are a bunny's best friends. I'm sure it comes as no surprise to anyone here that the pictures you see in the magazine in some case bear as much relation to reality as does the notion that I have a big dick.
Based on what I've seen, virtually any girl who could garner a 7 or better rating in a strip club could be a Playboy centerfold, with enough surgery, makeup and post production work.
Yes, it's possible that I met the exceptions, but given how many other celebrities look "plain" (not there's anything wrong with that), or downright ugly, without makeup, I don't think so.
