You expect people to tell the truth about this?

Personally, no, I haven't gotten anything from BBBJs. I used to worry about this sort of thing and would prefer CBJs, but since BBBJs honestly feel so much better I eventually just said fuck it.

At the end of the day, I could care less about HSV-1 as it's really nothing more than a skin condition. It's the type of thing that if you're mongering is more of a 'when' than an 'if.' You have to accept it in a way.

Gsv: " I could care less about HSV-1 as it's really nothing more than a skin condition. "

Mostly true, but if you do have herpes it will increase your chance of contracting HIV if exposed. Same if you've ever had other STDs. One of the reasons why HIV is more rampant in Africa than in the US.

Most people have had HSV-1 since early childhood, likely getting it from their family (ie kissing).

Sinclair: true. HSV-1 can affix itself either around the mouth or to the genitals. Sometime both, but that is rare. Oral incidence are declining as education improves, but genital incidents are increasing.

As Gsv points out though, it's not really a big deal in all by some very rare extreme cases, unless you would happen to have HIV exposure. And since condoms pretty much nuke HIV risky down to zero (very fragile virus) if you only do CFS, probably not a concern even if you did get the genital version. Now if you are doing BBFS, since, as we discussed in another thread it is hard to know who is a junkie and who isn't (and hence HIV exposure becomes a possibility for her due to needle sharing), then you might need to be a but more concerned.

There has never been a documented case of HIV being transmitted through oral sex to the receiver of oral sex.

As far as vaginal sex goes, even without a condom, it is actually not very likely to get HIV as a male partner, even if the female partner is infected. With a condom, the chances go down even more. Most of the time when we hear about HIV being transmitted through sex, it is through anal sex. Not say that is always the case, just a general trend.

At the end of the day, if you wrap up for vaginal sex but go for BBBJs you're still pretty safe IMO.

Gsv: "There has never been a documented case of HIV being transmitted through oral sex to the receiver of oral sex. "

That one would be hard to tell, since people rarely just engaged in one activity (I.e. being the receiver only, and never a giver it switch up after that and trying some other form if intercourse). So you know they got it, yeah, but from what activity? How you gonna get a sample being receiver if oral sex only to do that study?

Gsv: "As far as vaginal sex goes, even without a condom, it is actually not very likely to get HIV as a male partner, even if the female partner is infected"

Okay tell that too the millions if men in Africa who got it exactly that way. If you tweak your statement to straight white guys with no other STDs it becomes more beleivable.

"At the end of the day, if you wrap up for vaginal sex but go for BBBJs you're still pretty safe IMO."

Agree with your conclusion, mostly, but not really how you got to it. Let's also not forget the stigma associated with herpes too. Sure we know it's minor. But would you want it anyway? Gonna enjoy explain that to future civie partners?

Gonorrhea is certainly possible from oral sex and I know of one incident from an escort.

From the internet: Close contact with the penis to the back of the mouth, or the tongue in the vagina, is a effective way to expose the mouth and throat [and hence, transmit the bacteria].

The good news is it's currently treatable. Unfortunately, a common antibiotic called Ciprofloxacin used to be effective, but Cipro-resistant Gonorrhea is now more common. In those cases, Cephalexin can be used.

"A meta-analysis of studies of heterosexual HIV transmission found that, in high-income countries prior to the introduction of combination therapy, the risk per sexual act was 0.04% if the female partner was HIV-positive, and 0.08% when the male partner was HIV-positive. However, these rates were considerably higher in lower-income countries, if the source partner was in either the very early or the late stage of HIV infection, or if one partner had genital ulcer disease."

So for men, it's a 4 out of 10,000 (or 1 out of 2500, whatever you want to call it) chance to get HIV when having sex with a female who is infected. Add in a condom, and your chances are looking pretty good to stay clean.

Yep, and as you can see it explicitly says the rates are considerably higher in the presence of other STDs, which is why you don't want HSV-1 on your dick if you are going to be exposed to HIV.

Who would have thought that something bad would happen from gay anal sex?

I think the risk from BBBJ is higher if you're not circumcised.

If you convince yourself that you are a rich stud, don't you become immune to any and all STDs?

You mean self delusion is as good as a raincoat? Someone earlier made mention that some risk taking for a BBBJ is worth the chance because it feels so much better. While illogical I have to agree. My ATF went on a health kick a year ago and she started insisting on a jacket for everything. After a couple of weeks I told her that Condoms for blow jobs was a deal breaker for me. I'd cover up for vaginal and anal but the feeling just wasn't the same when she wrapped her lips around my dick. Being old & diabetic I convinced her that I had neuropathy of the penis and had to have skin to lip, tongue & throat. She's still my ATF.

I have had strippers at Houston clubs go down on me bbbj so fast that I never really had time to think to put a condom on. My atf wont do bbbj but gives hj foreplay out of this world. We were on couch at motel and she sat naked on coffee table and started playing with my dick then put condom on me and got in my lap and we fucked like crazy. she has nice tight one and got me off real good.....she is married but was extras girl when dancing at club. I fuked her alot itc in vip and then other days nooners at motel when she on her way to work. she used to team up with a girl who was a bj specialist and that gal would get a guy up then other girl would fuk him real good. she told me that other girl was loose as a goose and was jealous how she could get guys off quickly with fuking. she said her and this gal met this guy for a long time otc over a coupla years but then he got prostate cancer.

I have done strippers in vip that gave bbbj but were lousy fucks.

I will take one with a good pussy who can get me off good vs one good at bj unless threesome. there are also lots of whores on seeking arrangement too.

According to the CDC, 29% of strippers have STIs that can be communicated by mouth-to-penis contact , and the transmission rate through such contact is .12%. Therefore, the probability of catching something that way is .29 x .0012 = .000348 or about 1 in 2873. That's why I stopped getting BBBJs from strippers after my 2872nd one.
