Depends on where I am. In Phoenix, most clubs are $10. NO DEAL. In some of the other cities I travel to where $20 laps are the norm. DEAL.

Major deal, in Southern California topless dances run 20 dollars and while nudes $30 to $40.

There's only a few select clubs that run specials on certain days for 10 dollars for topless dances.

I have found only one place so far with $10 lappers around here where--YMMV--a few dancers turned up the heat to a good simmer. A few were good enough to pay her $20 each for the going rate of $10. So if I found a $15 lapper that made my toes curl, I'd probably take it and turn into a regular.
