Pre game before the club. I usually drink a six pack, and yes I have a DD. That way I am only tempted to just drink a beer or two at the club. Also you can spread dances out the best you can. Perhaps wait for the 2 for 1's to come around. That way you could spend a couple hours at the club but not blow more than 100 to 150.
Just say no to all the dance requests. Don't drink too much. Only leave a one dollar tip to those whom you like. Other than that, you'd have to tie a string on a one dollar bill and pull it back when the dancer isn't looking.
The other option is to develop a favorite or two and get discounted dances from them. It helps if they want to go out with you but you string them out on that by never calling them. Then just say no to all the other dancers but feel their legs and ass as they sit down on your lap before asking for a dance. I swear my last visit to a club I had a lot of dancers sitting on my lap. I think they were cold and were using me to warm up. I like it when it gets colder even if it's only cooler in the club.
I'm not having any trouble at all saving money in one club where now the dancers seem to think I don't buy lap dances. That may have something to do with not buying the lap dances from several dancers because the dances were more like table dances with little contact. Plus there are only 3 to 4 dancers out of 20 I would buy dances from. The last and only dancer in the club to ask me before I left the other night before heading over to a much busier club had some slight body odor. My reputation builds. My next step will likely be to stop tipping at the stage as much. I don't know, that could be fun if I have a strong electric charge on me. I didn't have much of a charge last night. I think that was due to a big downpour and thunderstorm outside. I believe the new club chairs rub my shorts and charge me up every time I stand up or sit down.
If you are the kind of person that enjoys strip clubs when a bit tipsy, then you should drink a decent amount before going as a pre-game. Or go to a BYOB club and bring your favorite bottle of liquor with you. Drinks can be really expensive at clubs, especially here in Manhattan.
Always check the club website to see if you can get a free or reduced admission pass. Many clubs do this. I've been able to save as much as $30 on the entry right away just for printing out a pass.
Basically, if you like lap dances, try save as much money as you can for that. If you plan to get a lot of dances from one girl, tell the girl upfront that you want something like 4-5 dances and maybe she'll give a discount (unless its a club that doesn't allow this). It's not much, but I've gotten girls to do 6 dances for $100 even here in Manhattan (it would normally cost $20). One even let me take a break after the first three and get the next set later. Nice girl.
What gmd and lopaw said. Strip clubs are not friendly on the wallet. Now I suppose that you could sit at the bar for a couple of hours, nurse a couple of beers and simply ogle the ladies from a distance, but I've never really found that to be much fun. If you want to interact with a dancer, you will need to spend some money.
You can have a good time at a strip club on a limited budget. I do it all the time.
I do some small things to make my money last longer. I avoid the valet parking, only tip the stage dancers I like, and don't usually waste money buying dancer drinks( see recent discussion on the subject of dancer drinks). If you are going to get multiple lap dances you can always negotiate with the dancer. Also, in many clubs, the dancers will charge different prices for their dances. At PP in Columbia, some of the dancers want $40 per dance. If you ask around there are plenty that will do 2 for $30 and maybe even 2 for $20. And there are plenty of cute ones who will give you the lower price. In addition, read the TUSCL reviews for clubs in your area. In Atlanta, for example, there are many clubs that offer air dances for $20-30, while my favorite club, Follies, offers full contact nude dances for $10. Do your homework and you will find that there are plenty of clubs that cater to the budget minded customer.
I'm going to assume this is a serious request, and I will repeat some of the above advice.
Depends on your budget and intended duration. Let's say you have $100, and you need to be in the club for less than two hours. Like mentioned above, avoid as many taxes as possible:
- Don't get valet
- Use a coupon for free admission, or go before the cover charge starts
- Sit at the stage, aka Sniffer's Row, to avoid table and booth charges
Buy the minimum number of drinks
- nurse a beer
- get a strong drink you hate that you have to sip
- drink before you come
Only dance during uptime, or not at all
- only get one 2-for-1 specials in the cheapest area
- take advantage of the dollar dance, if available
- Go in a big group to insulate yourself from dance requests.
- Only tip 1-2 dollars at the stage.
The strip club is like a casino, you can spend less, but it's designed for you to spend more. A few years ago my budget was only $100. I would get one drink and tip the waitress/bartender. Depending on the special this would be $5 or $10. I would get $30 in singles and then sit at the stage. 3 minute songs get you roughly 20 songs in an hour, but usually less. I would tip every dancer once per song, with usually 1-2 dancers per stage.
That would take $30-$40 of my budget. If there were girls I wanted a private dance, I would try to get them on a 2-for-$30/$40 depending on the night or club. If the dancer deserved a tip I would give her $10 more. There are/were no bouncer taxes in my city.
Using this model I would spend $70-$90 for an hour's worth of entertainment. It may seem like I was a cheapo, but I spent more money on the girls than half the guys there. And I didn't feel bad because it is a no xxxtras town, and everyone who spent time on me got paid.
The above techniques can also work during a really busy time, when the customers outnumber the dancers by a 3-1 or greater ratio. There have been many times (before I joined TUSCL) that I had that $100 to spend, but all of the girls were busy with high rollers and bachelor parties.
assuming this is a serious question, here's a serious answer:
To budget your money like I do, do the following.
Prepare to go to a strip club. That means go where there's public transportation nearby. If you have to walk, make sure to go on a BEAUTIFUL day (or if it's cold, wear a sweater and get closer transporation if no car) because you don't want to waste your stripper money on coat check.
Unfortunately, you must buy a drink as it seems, so just buy the minimum requirement and nothing more. You got plenty of time to drink your ass off at home. Wouldn't you much rather enjoy topless/nude women sober rather than tipsy. That also means DON'T TIP FOR SHIT. don't care how hot the waitress is, your on a budget so be stingy, your not hear for the waitress (or you better not be, as you should know you'll never get a dance from a waitress, even though that's the trick of the club).
Get yourself ready by observing stage dancers, see who's hot and who's not, but keep a distance, your not here to tip them on their stage dance. They'll do it even if there is no tips. It's part of the contract.
Let the sexual tension last over time. That means lots of observing and denying and only accepting the max of TWO strippers in the minimum span of one hour (I can go for two hours) that are up to your standards of SMOKING HOT/hottest in the club currently, or just until you can't hold out anymore. Just remember, there's only so many times you can say no before you won't get anybody. I assume the girls talk to each other about customers since I've said no a few times and had to wait a whole 45 minutes before I had a girl come over to me.
Lastly, don't bother with VIP, no matter how tempting the mistress is, unless that's within your budget. If that's in your budget, then find one smoking hot chick get her to give you two songs in lap dances as a sneak peek and then go for VIP and leave.
On another note, deny deny deny, get up close and personal on other dudes dances and enjoy up close and personal the stage dances and give no tips. Enjoy

When pissed off dancer asks "Don't you like girls", answer, "no, I don't"
Will turn you off of strippers for life.

Good luck!
Therefore I believe I would spend a lot less if I left the club before 1 or 2AM.
I got a new one.
Only visit a club when ugly dancers are working.
