Couple of OTC questions

(1) What is the going rate for OTC in the SoCal area? I'd like to negotiate a good deal but I also don't want to suggest something laughable. I'm imagining around $$$ minimum (depending on the dancer)? Is the going rate higher or lower than escort rates?
(2) For those who have experience with this, do you usually arrange a meeting on the same day as your SC visit, or have you had success setting something up on subsequent days? I'd prefer to have a few days to book a hotel and prepare, rather than cramming in a session at 4AM after the dancer's shift has ended and we are both exhausted. Does swapping numbers and texting to arrange a meetup after the SC visit tend to increase dancer flakiness? Any tips here?

I imagine it cuts both ways though. Well-reviewed escorts on TER seem to take a lot of care and attention over their clients. I'm not sure I'd necessarily get the same treatment from a stripper doing OTC work on the side. It's the whole OTC vs. escorts debate which has been brought up a few times recently...
OTC is a crime of opportunity for most dancers and advance planning rarely works. Many dancers make their work decisions on a day-by-day basis and tomorrow is an infinite time away. Anything can happen between now and then. She may decide that she just doesn't want to work that night, or another opportunity might present itself, or she may have some emotional crisis, or her kid could get sick, or her horoscope may tell her to be good that day, or etc., etc.
