Any Experience with Priligy (Dapoxetine)?

Anyone have any experience taking Priligy (generic name: Dapoxetine)? It's a drug prescribed in Europe and Asia for preventing Premature Ejaculation. The US FDA has been kicking around approving it since 2005, so it's only available online for import to the US. On a couple online pharmacy sites I have seen a combination Viagra and Priligy pill! Without medication I usually can consistently go about 12-15 minutes with a "basic lay" (little to no movement from the woman; i.e. a dead lay), before the first pop. Sometimes I can go again right away, sometimes there is a recovery period of varrying lengths. I have been known to go about 8-10 minutes with a high energy/aggressive gal. My independent research has revealed that most guys on Priligy get about 8x their normal up time before ejaculation. So as you can imagine, 8 times 1-2 minutes for the average guy suffering from PE is a huge improvement! I have been invited to participate in a MFF 3way, and I would hate to leave the party too soon. I realize that 8 times 8 minutes is not likely to happen; I can't imagine the effects scaling up perfectly. But I'd rather "beat the pussies up" for 30 minutes and not cum, than do work for 10 minutes and blow. I know there are techniques for delaying ejaculation, and I have probably used the all.     This doesn't answer your question, but Viagra keeps me going longer, about 2 to 3 times as long, compared to without. Most of the time, it helps me get there a second time, as well. Of course, I'm 51 and still a fair ways away from "in shape", so I need that help for now.

    I've had gmd's experience, but with Levitra instead of Viagra. It seems to enable solid wood for a good 20 minutes that's also cum-controllable. In other words, I don't seem to have a problem trying to suppress an orgasm, and am able to pretty much tee it up ejaculation at the end of the session when I'm ready. I don't know if that's in any way an intended effect of the drug, but it works for me.

    This doesn't answer the question either but I am concerned about buying drugs that are not FDA approved from on line pharmacies. Not only concerned about the safeness of the drug but also the legality. Could you be charged with buying illegaL drugs?

    This drug was being tested as an anti-depressant and a better use was found. That's kind of scary to me...what kind of unkown side effects is happening to your brain chemistry? The anticoagulant drug Wafarin (brand name Coumadin) was initially developed as a rat poison.

    motorhead, I think Viagra was also started as an anti-hypertensive and then they discovered the side effect of sustained erections.

    I have got 99 problems and that ain't one. Completely different route I took was an herbal supplement called night bullet. I have seen the Viagra type benefits but finishing at all was more of a problem for me, not finishing too fast. I am a big fan but there are some side effects like headaches that I can treat/deal with. If you lived in Minnesota I would just give you one to try otherwise you can find it a gas stations and see if it helps.

    Several years ago I tried Prozac for a short while. I soon noticed that it delayed ejaculation for a very long time. That was about the only benefit I got from Prozac and did not take it long. Some time later I was listening to a sex therepist on the radio. She strongly recommended Prozac for a caller who was eperiencing prematue ejaculation. I think it works very well for that.

The only problem I had was that my CC company declined the first purchase due to the parameters I had set up on my card. They called me for confirmation and once I gave it to them there was no further problem on either of the subsequent orders.     The prices look fantastic. Next question is what is the shelf life of Viagra? I would hate to order 120 and have them expire before I could use all of them.

    Yeah, I've found good luck with the online pharmacies. And because you can buy Viagra, Levitra, etc. all OTC (Over the Counter, in this context... :) in Mexico, the Caribbean, and other parts of the world, I'm not too worried about bogus pills showing up. From my experience, they work great. Although even at a <$2/pill, a $400 purchase yields a surprisingly small pkg when it shows up in the mail. They've all been there, though, so stock up Shadow!

    Thanks for the feedback, guys! Here are some experiences I had to address some of the above questions: I have ordered online from Canadian pharmacies successfully, with varying price levels. Viamedic was fast and low hassle, but required someone to sign for the package. Not very discreet and kinda pricy @ $20+/pill. Concerning the legality of drug imports, I think it's safe as long as the drugs are not illegal narcotics. Check out the FDA info: [view link] Over six months, I did an experiment with Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis. Levitra had the opposite effect for me; I couldn't get a hard on despite a OTC hottie trying her best for over an hour. Viagra worked as advertised, but I got the headache and stuffy nose side effects. It worked for about 4 hours. Cialis worked the best for me. In fact it worked for about 48 hours, instead of the 24-36 claimed. Everytime I thought about tits, ass, or clear heels I got a teenage-like erection! I made sure to get some free samples from my doctor. @georgemicrodong: while I get quality erections with Viagra and Cialis, I actually lose staying power! If you're trying for a quick launch, I guess it's not "premature". lol @tbm_tuscl: Saying that you sell "Generic Viagra" is a bit of a copyright infringement, but it's minor. They are using the trade name, but are not falsely saying they are selling the generic AS Viagra. Lots of pharmacies do this without penalty. But the generic pills have to have different color and shapes, to avoid the lawsuits. Furthermore, the US FDA has to be very careful because we are such a litigious society. These drugs have been clearly for over-the-counter sales in many countries, even Mexico. Most of the generic ED drugs come from Canadian, Mexican, and Indian pharmecutical companies.     I've still got some Viagra from when it first came out, which was something like 14 years ago, and it still works. So I wouldn't worry too much about the shelf life.

    @Alucard: The FDA is not concerned with "personal quantities". The link I posted in the above comment has their explanation. It basically says that they reserve the right to question or inspect imported shipments, but are really only interested in large quantities. @Ermita_Nights: you're right on dude. There was a pharmacist and doctor on The Today Show a few weeks ago that said expiration dates on medicine is just a marketing technique. At worst, the effectiveness will decrease gradually, but drugs in dry pill form don't go bad the day after the expiration date. The exception to this is antibiotics;'they tend to degrade faster that other inert drugs.

    Expiration dates on medicines are marketing *and* liability things. If a medicine doesn't work, and it's after the date, the consumer has little recourse in most cases.

    FWIW, almost all anti-depressants have a delaying effect, especially SSRIs like Zoloft and Lexapro.
