  I'd rate her a 9, maybe higher if she got naked. CBS is more interested in getting ratings higher among males rather than hiring someone who is very well qualified. I suggest he look for a market where they are trying to increase the ratings among female viewers if he thinks he looks good. I would look for a job with a lot of hot 9 or 10 females already working and they need someone with technical qualifications.
