  Sorry to be an ignoramous, but if Backpage ads are fake, what's the scam? The service is real but the photo is not the girl you'll actually get? You show up and get mugged or arrested? Something else?

  Often times the pictures are fake or perhaps similar to the girl but the girl doesn't look quite as good in real life. Usually it's not a setup to get mugged/arrested, but that can happen too sometimes.
  
  Some backpage ads have links to TER (TheEroticReview) reviews that match up with the ad, and those tend to be legit.

  Oh, the picture is really Melon Girl, or at least appears on several websites with her name attached (Google image search is your friend), but as noted, it's fairly common practice on BP to use a picture other than one's own, even if it's not a sting or ambush.

  Just back from the AFC Championship Game, and we now know the NE Patriots will be in Indy for the big game (aka SB)......as will I....My thing was (not wanting to hang in Indy) that I wasn't sure if I was going to go by way of Cincy, Chicago or Louisville.....GM, thanks for this Melon Girl thread....This becomes the decision maker for me in the ultimate - I'll now be going to the Super Bowl by way of Louisville.......Many thanks....I'll report back later as to whether there truly is a Melon Girl.....

  Indy has better strip clubs than Chicago, Cincy or Louisville Or so I've heard can only attest to Cincy or Louisville.

  Denise Milani is a successful model. I don't know that she continues as a model, but the odds are exceptionally high that she isn't hooking It's a pity, I know Clubber and I would love to see her in the flesh. LOL
