Etiquette Question

Monday, October 31, 2011 10:14 AM
As a new frequent visitor of SCs; I have found myself having a strange etiquette question. Should I be observing another person's LDs? I know you are supposed to be "scouting" for lack of a better term, but I always feel awkward just staring at other dancers and people while they are in the middle of them.

Well, you are doing "research". As long as you don't stare at them all during the dance, it's OK.

It would help to contribute a few reviews for clubs you've visited. Members may have helpful knowledge for your particular region.

Are the dances happening out in the open? I don't want people watching me so I pay for private rooms instead of lap dances, but if I get a lap dance...anyone there can watch.

Come to certain Detroit-area or Toronto-area clubs and you will see MUCH, MUCH more than lap dances happening around, beside, behind, and in front of you! Definitely not for the shy or squeamish PL.

What you should do is offer to pay for another dance or two for the guy, or the very least, tip the dancer well!

To me it is like a live porno. I'll look all I want. If the other persons don't want to be looked at, do it somewhere that doesn't allow others to see you two.

Take note of which girls get taken back for multiple songs. Avoid the girls that get taken back for just one song, then dropped.

as canny and farmerart point out... it really depends on how the club is setup. At some place wild shit is out in the open for all to see. Other places you don't see anything.

@sinclair its not always a bad sign if a girl only has one session in a LD, it might have ended after one song for various reasons, now if the dance ends and the song is still playing then there might be an issue with the dancers skills. all im sayin is, its not always the dancers fault that there was only one session.

From the TUSCL glossary Snaking Sneaking a peak to outright ogling of a nearby dancer performing a personal dance (table, friction, etc) for another guy. - Rod8432 Spectator 1). Guy who sits and ogles everyone else's dance but never buys one of his own; 2). Guy who sits at Pervert Row all night but refuses to tip the girls on stage. (Also known as a PL) No one likes a spectator! (nawlins) I frequently snack to see who is doing what.

If they are right in front of you, grab an eyefull. If they are across the room, grab binoculars.

Its okay to glance. Nobody likes to be stared at. I glance all the time but I never stare unless the girl is on stage.

gatorfan 10/31/11 3:43 PM No you should not be watching another mans blow job Not to mention calling out play-by-play of another guy's BJ: "Look at how far she's going down!!!" (From back at Bogart's during the mosh pit days)

it's a strip club, as far as I'm concerned it's not a big deal, I pretty much think everyone there is scouting and thinking about the next girl, but I do agree with others don't just watch lap dances without doing some tipping of girls. I also think staring and watching without ever looking away is a bit over the top... That being said, I can't ever recall a time when someone watched continuously during any of my visits, so I wouldn't sweat it if I were you...

You didn't learn how to glance in high school? Ex: Glance at the smart kids test, the hot teachers cleavage, etc.

Glancing is OK. Staring & leering creepily will get your eyes poked out. Too many male customers leering at me & my dancer during LD's was the main reason I usually seek out private VIP rooms when I club.

lopaw, In your case, maybe the customers just think you two are dancers putting on a show. Might be a way to make extra cash. :)

I figure if you want the dancers attention and most likely a visit, look right at her. I prefer to glance at nice looking topless dancers who are dancing out in the open. I usually try to avoid getting a line of sight between me and the guy she is dancing for. If I get a table dance, the last thing I want to see are other guys watching. That's why if I get a dance in the open, I will try to face my chair where I can look towards the dancer and nobody straight behind her. I think it's simple courtesy not to stare where the guy can see you staring unless you already are one of his buddies and he doesn't mind especially if you are going to pay for the dance or part of it. A few dancers may want a large tip if you they catch you staring a lot.

Other dancers will occassionally look around to see who is watching to see who to dance for next. If they see you watching, guess what?

bigstad, i see that you've posted a review now. i was thinking of driving down to canton to have a look at christies but it sounds like a lecher like me wouldn't have much fun there. either way, good job on the thorough review, keep it up ;-)

Troop. Don't bother going to the Diamond Royal, either. All air dances and a bizarre shower show, in which the girl had flourescent paint all over her except near her pussy. Yet it was still glowing.
