OT: Mascot creep me out

Right on, steve! Any time I see the ridiculous mascot of the Saskatchewan Roughriders I envision roadkill and more roadkill! That team's mascot is called Gainor the Gopher.

Gophers are not in short supply in Saskatchewan (or Alberta). When I was a kid I slaughtered the bastards by the thousands for the penny-a-tail bounty paid by the county.

I like mascots. FYI, it's hot in one of those suits, really hot. People inside of them work very very hard. Because my college was politically correct, we had a male and female version of our mascot. That was popular, but our cheerleaders, like our softball team, preferred female company, if you catch my drift.

Amused at times, YES. Creeped Out?!? NOT a chance. LOL

I love mascot races. Different mascots running around a track, falling all over themselves & each other in their costumes. They're funnier than hell.

Not creeked out, I just don't have much patience for them. Had a couple of run in's with mascots that soured me on them personally. If you see a guy pummeling a mascot on TV, there's a good chance it might be me. lol.

I do like the races though, especially when they get taken out!

haha, you know what's funny steve, before i uploaded my current avatar, i thought about using a vikings cheerleader avatar instead

but then i remembered that the vikings DO NOT have hot cheerleaders and decided not to.
