Seattle - Former Colacurcio strip club, office going on auction block

It appears as if the Feds are finally taking some action with the disposition of the seized Talents West properties in the June 2, 2010 "big raid." For those of you unfamiliar with the recent Seattle strip club history, four strip clubs and and the offices of Talents West (TW), the company that operated those clubs, were seized and closed by LE in a multiagency simultaneous raid on those properties: Seized were Ricks in Seattle, Honey's in Everett, Sugar's in Shoreline, and Fox's in Parkland. Only Fox's was leased. All others were owned by TW. Honey's was later required to be demolished and since was. An auction will be conducted on June 29, 2011. Contact info. is available in the article:

Oops, Sorry folks. I got one date wrong. The "big raid" was conducted on June 2, 2008. That led to the closure of the four clubs on May 5, 2010. (I got the events of of 2008 and 2010 confused.)
