might be a peekaboo conspiracy. maybe some of the other northern ohio guys can confirm this but i think there's a peekaboo lounge (also not listed on tuscl) on cleveland's west side, w 25th st opposite side of the street and within a couple blocks of bugsys. i actually stopped in once around 10-12 years ago, took one look around, turned around and walked back out and never went back. not worth time, money, a rating, or a tuscl listing.
The address has it right next to Roxy's and right across the street from the black strip clubs Pink Slip and Bottoms Up. This would be Brooklyn, Illinois near East Saint Louis. Most of Brooklyn's revenue comes from fees and taxes from the four strip clubs located in the small rundown town.
Probably nobody wants to drive around in the east part of St. Louis looking for it. Not really a safe place. In fact, as the story notes, this isn't the first time someone was shot and killed at this club.
Supposedly it's at 3rd and Jefferson, which is just a block or so away from the other clubs which are listed here.
PT's is the fourth club in Brooklyn. Have not heard of the Peek-A-Boo, but it is in a building that looks like a house and is right in the middle of all the other strip clubs. Perhaps someone that runs the ESL circuit can confirm.
