REASONS TO BE A DANCER

10inches
Florida
other than the possibility of making very good $$. i had an ATF tell me that one of the reasons that she danced was for the sexual thrill. she claimed that with customers, other dancers and herself she had at least 5 orgasms per day!!! sounds to me like a sex addict. wonder if other girls feel this way.

they love being the center of attention. They failed at becoming musicians or actresses so this is the only way they can become their little celebrity ego. An article posted on here this week mentioned in ATL strip clubs are so mainstream that some strippers are local celebrities.

I imagine they do. Sex is sex is sex is sex. I know that many dancers I've been with enjoy me getting them off. I know it isn't just SS either. Some of the orgasms may be fake, but plenty of others aren't

I asked a young, party-girl type dancer what she liked to do on her night's off. She told me she liked to dress up in a sexy outfit, hit the hip-hop dance clubs with her gal pals, have guys buy them lots of drinks, dirty dance with random guys and make out with her girlfriends.

In other words, pretty much what she does on a nightly basis at her "work," lol.

    1. Money (Quick & Easy)

    2. Flexible hours

    3. Sex (if you're a nymphomaniac)

    4. Getting paid for sex

    5. Attention

    6. Being able to "drink on the job"

    7. If you work it right, party every day

My original ATF once told me that aside from the money, she also needed to be needed. Loved.

I doubt it has to do with their desire for "sex". Any woman, even the fugliest, can get laid basically whenever she wants and probably by better than the likes of your average strip club hound.

I've only been to a few clubs thus far, so maybe one of you can answer this for me.

Now I know some of these dancers make good money, but don't they have to give a certain amount of it to the club they work at?

One time I was at a club that I've been to a few times and I was chatting with this girl who was friendly, but not dance worthy at all. Regardless of that, she was friendly and cool to talk to. Anyway, she basically told me how frustrates she gets when she continually gets rejected for a lap dance. Plus, to make it worse, she was pissed because she was sober that night lol. Now, this could have been 'SS', as you guys call it, but I'm not experienced with this type of thing, so I wouldn't know. This girl wasn't all that attractive though, so I believe her. I doubt she gets very many dances.

GoVikings - Yes, generally the dancers pay a percent of a night's income (called a "tip out") to the DJ and waitresses. I think it may be like 10% to the DJ and the same to the waitresses? Plus, they usually pay a door fee when they arrive, and can assessed a penalty fee if they come in too late (The club doesn't want all the girls showing up at 11pm to work the prime time hours only). I actually feel a little sorry for them because it seems the clubs ding'em for fees and cuts every time they turn around.

Apparently, the DJ keeps track of how many table/lap dances are given by each dancer. It must be quite a task for each song to figure out who's doing a dance, but apparently they use a fence-post type system, simply scoring a hash mark next to a girl's name for each lapdance she does. And of course, VIP is easy to keep track of, for which I'm sure the girls tip out, as well.

The idea of the unemployable and lost woman who became a stripper because there was no other choice, is fading. That may have been only reality decades ago when Demi Moore played in the movie "Striptease," but some dancers, today, like the action, the attention and the night life. And, of course, it's one of the easiest ways a woman can make big money. I've met dancers who have had "straight" jobs as C.P.A.'s, lawyers, medical technicians and social workers tell me that the money was better in the SC and/or they enjoyed the attention they got everyday at the club that just didn't or wasn't allowed to happen at the office.

    At St. James:

Door fee: 35 if you start at 11 or 12 (right after opening). It caps out at 90 if you come in at 10 p.m. or later.

Locker fee is 35 -only 35 a week if you work five days a week. If you work less than five, it's 35 a day.

DJ tip out 20 to 30 per shift. Waitress tip out 20 to 30.

My current fav told me dancing (and the male attention) makes her horny. She told me early on she does not believe in monogamy and sex is her hobby. Well I guess she has made a hobby a business. I have been seeing her mainly otc for 2.5 years.

For a reasonably attractive girl, entry into the dancing profession is as easy as falling on a log...er, wood anyway.

When I'm walking in the bar
She's on stage like a porno star
    This bartender's telling me
    That she's giving head frequently

She's off work now we're driving home
She counts her money while she's on the phone
And then she asks me if I wanna play
And now were headed for a three way

    My girlfriend is a dancer
    She's a dancer
    My girlfriend is a dancer
    A titty dancer

I like the idea of dancing just because it turns me on. The fact that everybody is watching and wanting dances is very much a turn on.

This serves as great forplay for hubby and I as he loves to know that others want me.
