Saturday, January 16, 2010 10:33 PM
Last March, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was socked with a 25 year prison sentence later reduced to 20 years for having allegedly murdered a known Al Qaeda operative Ali Mansur, who was operating an Al Qaeda cell inside Lt. Behenna's area of operations.

If you prick us do we not bleed? If you tickle us do we not laugh? If you poison us do we not die? And if you wrong us shall we not revenge? If we are marked to die, we are enough to do our country loss; and if to live, the fewer men, the greater share of honor.

I don't know why anyone fights for this country anymore. Everything from shady enlistment contract terms to defending one's self in the field and in the court martial.

Once again, the wing-nuts on the Right unite to lie on the behalf of convicted murderers...ugh... Ali Mansur Mohamed was not "a known Al Qaeda operative", but he was sure as heck murdered in the desert at point-blank range by Michael Behenna after he had been stripped naked & was pleading for his life. On May 16, 2008, Behenna took Mansur aside and, with the help of his Iraqi interpreter nicknamed "Harry", tried to illegally question Mansur while he was zip tied & blindfolded. Behenna threatened Mansur with death if he refused to talk to him by the end of the day. Behenna, "Harry", the platoon sergeant Hal Warner and Mansur went into a roadside culvert where Behenna shot & killed Mansur, striking him once in the chest & once in the head. Staff Sergeant Warner then placed a incendiary grenade under Mansur's head which burned his body. More doper bs from slimebag mistergay..ugh.. •Jack Zimmermann, defense counsel, asks prosecutors if they have any exculpatory evidence that should be provided to the defense (referring to Dr. MacDonnell’s demonstration). Prosecutors deny having any such evidence despite having been told by their own expert witness that Lt Behenna’s explanation was the only logical explanation. •Prosecutors withholding of this evidence allowed them to argue that Lt. Behenna executed Ali Mansur while seated when the forensic experts, including Dr. MacDonnell, agree that Ali was standing with his arms outstretched when shot. [view link]

"Jack Zimmermann, defense counsel, asks prosecutors if they have any exculpatory evidence that should be provided to the defense (referring to Dr. MacDonnell’s demonstration). Prosecutors deny having any such evidence despite having been told by their own expert witness that Lt Behenna’s explanation was the only logical explanation." LOL...the main point of contention there is was the Iraqi that was illegally executed by your buddy Behenna seated or standing while he was naked & pleading for his life in a ditch in the middle of the desert while he was next to two heavily-armed American soldiers & an Iraqi translator. This convicted murderer's appeals will go *nowhere* moron because he doesn't have a leg to stand on. He illegally executed an Iraqi when he was directly ordered to set him free by his chain of command, period end of story. BTW, if the Iraqi in question was a "a known Al Qaeda operative" (which he wasn't!) who "was suspected to have organized an attack on Lt. Behenna’s platoon in April 2008" (which he apparently had nothing to do with), then why had U.S. "Army intelligence ordered the release of Mansur"?? The supposed "self-defense" claim by Behenna falls flat on its face when you consider that Mansur again was completely unarmed, naked & being confronted by two heavily-armed U.S. soldiers while being located well away from the rest of Behenna's platoon, moron. Gee, I also wonder why "Behenna failed to properly report the incident" after he & his buddy Warner tried to cover up the dead body by burning it in a ditch in the middle of the desert?? What a Right-wing socket-puppet troll you really are mitciv. You have ZERO business being on this website as you have expressed ZERO interest in posting any strip club reviews or providing ANY useful information about strip clubs, which is what this site is all about in the first place! You're not fooling anybody moron...give it up... "End the Afghan and Iraq wars now" Hmmmm, Obama will be doing just that in Iraq starting this very year. As for Afghanistan, only the weak-minded would advocate for the withdrawal of American troops from there before we finish killing the Al-Qaeda members & their Taliban supporters that initiated the 9/11 attacks on the USA.

" Really? You really believe we're leaving Iraq? Since we've built an embassy the size of VATICAN CITY, we're going to have a presence there for a LONG time. Iraq is a staging point for the future Iran war---and we are going to war with Iran. Bet on it. Obama is just a tool. Nobel Peace Prize winner---who's engaged in two wars, and rattling sabers at a third country. It's a joke. He's Bush with a tan.

"You really believe we're leaving Iraq?" I don't believe...I KNOW that the vast majority of U.S. combat troops in Iraq will start leaving this very year, period. "Iraq is a staging point for the future Iran war---and we are going to war with Iran. Bet on it." No way, no how are we going to war with Iran, unless maybe we get another reactionary GOPer in the White House anytime soon. They'd shut the Strait of Hormuz faster than you could say WWIII. "Nobel Peace Prize winner---who's engaged in two wars" ...and in the process of ending one of them.

Bush vs Obama.........There are more similarities than differences Maobama is sucking up to Wall Street BIG TIME and promoting Crony Capitalism, as did Bush. Maobama is calling for amnesty of illegals, as did Bush. Maobama has EMBRACED Bush's weak timetable for withdrawal from Iraq Maobama has escalated the Afghan War, seeking to shove his brand of "democracy" down the Afgan throat, just as Bush did in Iraq. Brave American boys are coming back as QUADRIPLEGICS, for Heaven's sake How can MG support these Imperialist wars?

"There are more similarities than differences" ...in your wild dreams that is...lol... "obama is sucking up to Wall Street BIG TIME" ...by cutting and/or taxing their obscene bonuses?? LOL... "obama is calling for amnesty of illegals, as did Bush." Wrong again wing-nut. "obama has EMBRACED Bush's weak timetable for withdrawal from Iraq" LOL...if McSame had won in 2008, we'd being staying in Iraq for many, many decades. Under Obama, we will start getting out of there this very year, period. "obama has escalated the Afghan War, seeking to shove his brand of 'democracy' down the Afgan throat" The War in Afghanistan is about beating our enemies in Al-Qaeda & their allies the Taliban, period.

Wrong again MisterGay doper For his presidential campaign in which Wall Street regulation was a mantra, Obama's top source of funds was investment bank giant Goldman Sachs, whose employees, partners, and executives gave him $995,000 -- that's the most any politician has raised from any one company in a single election since the age of "soft money" ended. Obama is touting his proposed bank tax and financial regulations as a test of "whose side" politicians are on -- the bankers' or the people's. But check the numbers at [view link], and you get an interesting clue as to whose side Wall Street on. The "securities and investment" industry has favored Democrats by more than a two-to-one margin so far this cycle. The top eight recipients of Wall Street PAC money this election are all Democrats.

"For his presidential campaign in which Wall Street regulation was a mantra, Obama's top source of funds was investment bank giant Goldman Sachs" LOL...what a surprise that a Right-wing troll can't get their facts straight...ugh... Obama raised the most money from the University of California, and the supposed money from Goldman Sachs did NOT come that organization itself but rather it came from individual employees or those individuals' immediate families, period. [view link] "Obama is touting his proposed bank tax and financial regulations as a test of 'whose side' politicians are on" ...and it's clear that the financial industry doesn't want these new regs to happen, since they've been lobbying hard against them! "The 'securities and investment' industry has favored Democrats by more than a two-to-one margin so far this cycle" ...and, in the long-run over time, this industry gives to both sides pretty much equally, period. [view link] "barack and W are for amnesty" ...and yet you offer ZERO proof of this, since there isn't any of course...lol... Yet more lies & half-truths from our resident Right-wing troll that has nothing better to do on this site than ramble on & on about nothing...
