If you think Singapore is untight and clean, you would be correct, except there's a spectacular prostitution experience there. There's a whole red light district and a hotel bar below the Hyatt where every lady is working. If you have yellow fever this is your paradise. And if you like Russians the Hyatt has a handful each night too. I'll start with the Grand Hyatt on Orchard Road. This is a 5 star hotel with a great restaurant. You can have your business meeting and dinner and then stay for the fun with the ladies. The basement bar comes alive at 10 pm. There even a live band! Which makes me feel not as creepy. The entrance is outside the main hotel entrance, right by the taxi station. I'll get to the taxi later. The entrance fee is 50 SD dollars, about $40 usd. This get you a drink too. And alcohol is expensive in Singapore. The bar is U shaped in the middle of the large ballroom. The band comes in a little after opening. You can pretend you're there to listen to some music and not feel so creepy while picking up a prostitute. Too be honest, the band was pretty good. The music was 80s American rock. The girls filter in and peaks at 11pm. The are 95% Asian, as far as I can tell, Vietnamese and Chinese are the majority. 80% are 8 or above. They ask speak English. If the 100 ladies, 5 where blondes from Russia or eastern European. You can take your time and pretend you're picking up a date for the night. The first night I chose a big titty Chinese girl. She told me women are not permitted to buy condom and if I had some. I'm a boy scout so of course I had a box of my favorite brand. We finished our drinks while taking about service offered. We settled on no time limit and full service in my hotel room. 400 SD. We walked out the front door and into the taxi line. No one at the hotel batted an eye. Back at my hotel we undress. I was not staying at the Hyatt but that would have bankrupt me, since I would have a dozen girl a night if it was so convenient. Sex was normal with bbbj and cfu with kidding. The second night I picked a big titty eastern European. Some price,same service. A little expensive at 400 SD but the hunt was fun. The ratio of men to ladies were 1 to 5, so the picking is good before midnight. The second option is the India section of Singapore. There are 10 streets blocks of whore houses mixed in with other business and homes. They all have bright sighs with a number on them and a guy waving you over. There are vietnamese houses and Chinese houses to choose from. They open at 2 to 4 pm and is within walking distance from the subway. The fixed price range from 100 to 200 SD for one hour. You walk in The girls line up and you choose the one you like. Pay the boss and go into the room and have fun. I spent most of my nights here. Enjoy Singapore!

bdirect, you're correct it's not a destination but if you're passing through, why not. I've hit TJ and that's highly convenient, but Latinas are not my go to and so would like to hit EU FKKs as a destination.
What you describe w.r.t. Singapore seems to be the way it should be – something somewhat discreet for those that are into-it to partake and for those that are not to not be bothered with it – i.e. if P4P is not one’s thing, fine; but don’t block others from engaging if it’s for them – at the end of the day making it illegal and/or something shameful doesn’t really solve anything and in fact usually only makes it worse.
I like the Hyatt set-up where I assume “entrepreneurial girls” are there on their free-will – the “India setup” where there are houses w/ bosses that have the girls line up is less my style and gives me more of a trafficking feeling of girls being taken advantage of by shady “bosses” – but I haven’t seen these setups w/ my own eyes though.
