Welcome to the strip club hobby. You are off to a good start. I made all of my first strip club visits without the benefit of tuscl, and I struggled as a result. You have come to the right place for guidance. Unfortunately, I have been to strip clubs in Utah and they suck. My assumption has always been that the guys out there have multiple wives to give them sexual satisfaction so there's not enough public pressure for good strip clubs. The only club I found in Utah that is even potentially worth a visit is Southern Exposure in Salt Lake City which appears to be the place you went. It's lame for anyone who has been to a real strip club -- bars between PLs and dancers, no contact, not even any lap dances -- but there were some beautiful women who got fully nude. I never could understand why those girls were in Utah dancing. They could have made some serious money elsewhere. Since you are ready to start visiting real strip clubs, the best options that are a short flight from Utah are Phoenix, Vegas, and LA. Of those three, I strongly suggest that you start with Phoenix. Hi-Liter in Phoenix, for example, would be an outstanding place for a newbie to start out with lap dances. See the reviews to see what I'm talking about. I would not start out in Vegas. That was where I went to my first strip club, and it was a horrible place to start. Vegas clubs are overpriced and designed to suck all of the money out of you. You need experience to handle it. However, once you do go to Vegas, the club to start with in Vegas is Little Darlings. It's one of only two decent nude clubs in Vegas, and you can have a good time there without spending too much. Finally, if you go to LA, City of Industry clubs can be tons of fun but bring condoms! You have a bright future before you. When you can, try to get to Tampa, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, or Detroit. I was in my 20's the first time I went to a club for a bachelor party. I had NO IDEA what was going on! I didn't get any dances and didn't know what would happen if I did! But it was the rock star treatment by beautiful women (as opposed to the normal drunken/meth addict trailer trash that typically follows local bands, so how could I resist?

Can you point out specific points discussed or said by someone that made a huge impression. Just wondering what those are.

Nice write-up – appreciate your honesty and many of us can identify with your newbie struggles (especially those of us whom were newbies pre-internet days).

The 1st time I went to a SC by myself I was 21 and had not even been to regular bars much either – I too grew up kinda religious. I recall not even knowing one was supposed to tip the waitress when she brought you your drink – what a loser LOL – I recall the waitress bringing me the beer and giving me the change and her asking me if I wanted to tip her and me looking at her weird (I think I did tip her but man I had NO CLUE).

Anyway – I didn’t SC much in my 20s and started SCing regularly when I moved to Dallas when I was 30. I was not looking to SC but was driving around one night checking out the city and ran into Baby Dolls of all places – and the rest is history – I found my calling in life LOL.

Life’s too short. Sexual desire and desiring women – especially beautiful women – is as natural as wanting to breathe. Trying to fight off those feelings or not acknowledge them is an exercise in futility IMO and will only lead to an unhappy and frustrated person – so club away my good man – we don’t get to live our lives over again and once our days are gone, they are gone (especially are younger days) – some folks say they regret the things they didn’t do more than the things they did do.

“JohnSmith69” made some good recommendations of areas to visit – and if Latina women are to your liking; then a trek to Tijuana (Hong Kong; Adelitas) is a whole other level.

Enjoy yourself if you can and while you can – nothing wrong w/ having sexual desires and desiring to be w/ beautiful women – probably nothing better in life IMO (other than family).

Thanks for sharing,Bg78. Good and honest writeup. I heartily agree with other posters that you are in dire need for a ROAD TRIP. Mr. Smith gives some good tips, but I'd add a few things:

1. As a newb, you still need to find your comfort zone- i.e., what floats your boat, and what things are turnoffs for you. With that in mind, I'd suggest "rushing" clubs (visiting as many as your time/$$ budget permits. If you're just on a weekend getaway, at least visit 2-3 clubs. A 5-7 day regular vacation, hit 4-6.

2. PHOENIX is a good place to start- plenty of short SLC flights, and a low cash burn compared to a lot of cities. I don't know if you'd be planning to rent a car or not. But if you have a time limited weekend getaway, and are planing to cab it from an airport area hotel- I'd say give Christies- Phoenix(44th St), and Bourbon St. Circus a try. HiLiters would be my choice for a can't go wrong club, but it is a ways from airport, and not much in way of good lodgings nearby. If you have more time- I'd suggest 2 clubs that have both a nude and a topless side: Great Alaskan Bush, and Centerfolds.

3)DALLAS- Nobody mentioned it as primary choice. It isn't quite as convenient as PHX or Vegas from SLC, but you might be able to get good airfare deals. Get a hotel on Northwest Fwy, and you're within short cab rides (in some cases within easy walking distance) to good clubs, such as: Baby Dolls, Mens Club, Caberet Royale, Lodge, and Jaguars.

4)LAX/COI- I'd suggest bringing a big bankroll, because the cash burn can be real fast at many clubs. If ones primary motivation is COI, I'd look into flying into Ontario (ONT) vs LAX airport, and picking a hotel between ONT and COI. Be aware that LA freeway traffic can be a bear at times.
